Josh Sides was great to work with! Super friendly and very very cordial! He treated me like a king from the second I walked in the door! He's super knowledgeable and very polite when it comes to everything Audi! Would definitely buy from him again! Go talk to Josh if you want to buy an Audi!

Dealer personnel is nice.
Dealer personnel is nice. The hourly rates seem to be a bit high-value for price: rotate and balance tires 155.00 compared to a Ford or GM dealer is much more expensive in most cases. The car wasn’t washed after 70k service, but maybe that isn’t part if the dealer offering. Only other comment-dirty fingerprints from tech on car interior door after service:(.

The service department is very nice and clean.
The service department is very nice and clean. They greet you when you pull in. Take it to the waiting room until the service consultant is ready to discuss your needs. They offer estimated pricing upfront based on the maintenance you want completed. They wash your car when you pick it up. they provide a video of the work being done and anything that you might need completed in the future. The waiting area has coffee, bottled water and very comfortable seating however, they lack the simple snacks that are provided by BMW, Porsche and Lexus dealerships in the area that I also deal with. I believe they were very trustworthy dealership and would recommend them for servicing your Audi.

Audi Indy performance is good.
Audi Indy performance is good. Being able to contact Justin Gillespie directly is a plus. Appreciate loaner car.

Our service rep was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and most helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going to be done and stayed beyond closing time so we could get our car back that day. Much appreciated
