I’ve been a customer at Audi of Indianapolis since 2018. Every single time I bring my vehicle in for service, I’m greeted immediately and well tell care of. Every service representative is extremely professional and welcoming. Gibson Eickman, my most recent representative, ensured my unknown issue would be resolved. He took the extra time to explain multiple avenues I could take to get my issue repaired and was very understanding of my situation. 5 stars all across the board!

Sold me a $60K car with bad brakes. Told me brakes are supposed to squeak and that they had just been fixed, which they weren’t. I had to spend an additional $2500 on brakes after buying a car. Ridiculous right?! I guess it’s all about the sale right and not actually customer service.
