Deal was going good till we learn at the purchase that only one key was available for the vehicle. That is going to cost me over $300 to get program. Plus it’s a major hassle to get done. Not happy about that.

I have been a customer of Audi of Indianapolis for more than 20 years, and for all of that time I have been extremely happy with all facets of their business and with every staff member I have come into contact with. The service staff always greets customers by name and are extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Tou at this dealership is an excellent intermediary between the customer and those who complete the work. He made sure things were done and his communication skills with me were the BEST! I appreciate all that was done to fix the air conditioning in my car. Good people, good dealership. :)

I never have any issues coming here! There is someone always there to meet you at the bay when you pull in. Was able to work with Gibson for the first time this past week and he was very informative and communicated everything I needed to know about my service and what needed to be done! I love the upgraded areas from the last time I was in, made the area feel more open and they did add really good touches!

I had several problems with my car and I explained them to Steve Snodgrass who was the service person . Steve did an excellent job keeping me informed regarding the status of various repairs and road tested the vehicle. I give Steve 5 stars for knowledge and competence.

I enjoyed working with Steve Snodgrass and Rachel Woods. Both provided excellent service for our cars. A shout out for Steve as he was able to get a spare key for my loaner to me after accidently locking the key in the loaner.
