My experience from my initial outreach about a vehicle

My experience from my initial outreach about a vehicle for sale, to my newly purchased car being loaded onto a truck for delivery, was nothing short of excellent all around. The 2021 A4 S Line I bought in March is a beautiful vehicle with very low mileage. Derrick Burns did a phenomenal job selling me the car as well as explaining every single detail of the car. Overall it was a top notch experience!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Purchased a 911 Porsche from Audi Indianapolis two weeks ago, only to discover it's an expensive lemon. My salesman Greg Pirinelli despite promises of a mint car condition and no issues whatsoever, the vehicle has been plagued with constant mechanical issues from the first day it was shipped to me in Florida. Broken radiator, A/C was not working and the car had engine issues which stopped in the middle of street and almost had an accident. Behind the scenes in finance was Josh Kern and in management Jim Kaczka. The car was diagnosed with multiples of thousands in damages from day 1 and the dealer is non responsive. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of these crooks. They are owned by Porsche Tom Wood which did the services on this vehicle so they knew about all the issues on this car prior to shipping it to me!!
