I purchased a vehicle from Divan Auto Group about a week ago, and unfortunately, it was nothing but a lemon that was disguised to look pretty and appealing. Before purchasing the vehicle, we were told there were no issues with it. We relied on those representations when making the purchase. Once we got the vehicle home and had it properly looked over, we discovered serious problems that were not disclosed to us. What makes this even more upsetting is that the vehicle appeared to have been put together with temporary repairs, including what looked like tape holding things together. This was absolutely not what we expected after being told the vehicle had no issues and was safe and reliable. During the purchase, we were also told that inspecting the vehicle ourselves would take too long and that we shouldn't worry about it. We were nevertheless asked to sign paperwork stating that we had inspected the vehicle. We did not realize the significance of that until after we got home. We trusted what we were being told by the dealership. It appears as though they pass their vehicles during inspection patch them up , defraud people and put dangerous cars on the road! BEWARE of this dealer. The customer service after the sale has been just as disappointing. When we attempted to address the problems, we were met with an extremely unprofessional and dismissive attitude rather than any meaningful effort to resolve the situation. I am documenting everything, including the condition of the vehicle, what we were told before purchasing it, the paperwork we were asked to sign, and the repairs/issues discovered afterward. I also intend to contact the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office regarding my experience and provide them with the documentation. I strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this shady place.

Dre was great. We came in a few times and drove a few different vehicles before selecting a car. He offered to help us find financing but I was able to get a competitive rate with the credit union so we went that route. There was no pressure, no salesman attitude and we really just talked about cars, kept it very casual so after driving like 10 cars elsewhere, I kept thinking man I’d rather work with the guys at Divan. So, came back and purchased a Range Rover. Diesel, runs great and looks good. I’d come back again.
