I tried buying a 2024 chevy silverado locally.

I tried buying a 2024 chevy silverado locally. It did not happen to my satisfaction. I found a more than fair price 2 hours away at Hawk chevy. I hate to drive a long way. I called and was able to get an idea of what to expect. I ran those numbers by my local dealer to give them one more shot and hopefully keep me from driving. They would not beat or match hawks offer. I went ahead with the 2 hour drive. So glad I did. Not only were they honest in their offer they were also an absolute pleasure to deal with. No frustrations I normally deal with at a car dealer. Just an honest and straight forward process. If your on the fence of buying then don't waste your valuable time going anywhere else. Go to Hawk.

The purchase process was fairly simple.

The purchase process was fairly simple. They did ultimately come to a fair deal on my trade in and new vehicle purchase price. Pierce was helpful but not pushy. I had spoked to another salesperson, Melanie, the day before and she was awesome. But she was off when we came back to buy. John King was fun and funny. Overall, it was a positive dealer experience.

I went in, told them what I was looking for an in about 4

I went in, told them what I was looking for an in about 4 short hours I drove off the lot, with a 2025 Equinox! 7 miles on it. They are car salesmen it's thier job to sell. I have to say though, It was a delight working with them. Walked in nervous and concerned drove out relaxed and confident. If I ever need another vehicle, I'll be back. Highly refered.

I really didn’t want to give them a star at all.

I really didn’t want to give them a star at all. This plane was terrible to me. I bought a car from them in 2015 Chevy Malibu from them arc the car was great. The first time I have a major issue with the car they gave me the run around in getting it fixed. This was around The time Covid hit. They kept telling me the part was coming and I had loaner car from them. They took so long with their lies and all they decided they were going to trick me out of the loaner car and say they were giving me another one and lied to me. Told me they couldn’t after I gave the keys back. Remind you my car with them still wasn’t fixed because they couldn’t find the part to fix it. I had the money to get it fixed and all. So I was left without a car and when I flipped out on then I got the police called on me with my son. And I had to be at work that night. I’m still to this day very disappointed in the way I was treated and never got a real explanation or a real apology for how they treated me. Don’t trust them… they are horrible people…

Overall it was fine however, I am still waiting on the antennae and 2nd set of keys I was promised to have in 3-5 days.. Its been 2 1/2 weeks with no word other then emails and texts to complete a survey.. It would of been a much better review had I gotten those items or updates..I guess once the deals done, that's it?
