Our salesman, Danny Dutkiewicz was very informative& cheerful. He had much knowledge of the car we were interested in. We also worked with Will, the manager that helped us get to the price we wanted. Ed helped us in finance...very efficient!

Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the door to the minute we were handed the keys to our new vehicle! Great service with fancy shoes
Jesus was very personable. He greeted us immediately and was attentive to our needs. He explained our options and offered to show us what we could afford. He was fun and friendly. Our test drives were fun and we enjoyed Justin Bieber music! Thanks for taking care of us with the purchase of my daughters new car. He was great and helpful!

Completely satisfied
I was driving past the dealership and realized I needed an oil change. So I stopped in without an appointment. Mike was able to get me in right away. The staff at Hawk is very friendly. I was in and out of Hawk in a reasonable time.

Bad experience for a simple repair
Brought my 2018 Traverse in for a small repair. A small plastic piece around fog light broke. Stopped in early in the day to see if they had the part and how much it would cost. They said part was in warehouse in Rockdale could be in that afternoon so I made a 2:00p.m. Appt. for that day. I was told part was 100.00 and popped in in less than a minute no labor charge. Came back at 2:00 and waited for almost 2.5 hours and was charged $127.00 labor when I was told no charge. Sad when you spend 40 grand on a vechicle and they pull some xxxxxxxx like this. Not happy ar all

Friendly staff and very helpful
