This is the second time they have had our 2009 q7 and

This is the second time they have had our 2009 q7 and still no results this time it was there 4.5 myths. And they said fuse box was under water and my husband had driven to work the night before it quick there was not any water in the fuse box they just do not want to back up the warranty. Plain and simple they had from 2nd week in May till July before they even looked at it. I would not recommend the purchase of an Audi vehicle whatsoever and definitely don't expect Harper to do much of anything that is covered by their so called warranties. Definitely an unsatisfied customer . Harper audi service department is only good for simple oil change and tire rotation anything more serious don't go to them ..

Service Visit

I visited this dealership for the first time for a recall service. Chris was friendly and helpful. They worked with me for an after-hours pickup of my vehicle.

Happy customer

Outstanding dealership! Great people and service. Had issue with AUDI Q7 diesel. After having multi-point Inspection (even send me a video of that) they found the problem and fixed it. While car in the shop i drove a complimentary "loaner". Work was done quickly and with a good quality. Also I had all the answers to my additional questions. Got my car back in very reasonable time, considering part ordering waiting time and logistics. Very friendly staff. Want to thanks Landon and mechanics who make this happened. I am very satisfied and recommend Knoxville AUDI dealership to everyone. Professional and friendly people. Thank you.

Pleasantly Expect The Unexpected.

Justin was our advisor. I say advisor because that is the approach he used. Not trying to lead us in a direction but pointing out items for us to consider. This made us comfortable and not rushed at all. Because of Justin's work and an out of this world deal put together br the dealership we wound up leasing a Q8 e-tron. Couldn't be happier.

Great Experience!

Joe was our salesman and he was phenomenal! He worked extremely hard to do what he could and if he did not know something, he filled in the gaps by asking those around him. He was diligent and kind. We had minor issues with the vehicle, and returned to the dealership where he and Tyler took care of the issues and ensured us that the car would be fixed and taken care of by them. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend!

Above and beyond After Sale.

I just want to let anyone know who might be thinking about buying a vehicle from this dealership you are making a great decision. I bought a 2022 Nissan Rouge from them and traded in a Camry Hybrid in I’ve had the vehicle for 8 months in June my husband passed away and I had to travel out of state for a service with his family my car needed an oil change and where I took it didn’t know how to deal with doing the oil change they thought the dipstick was wrong one and couldn’t do the oil change I was so upset because I was worried about getting it done so I didn’t hurt my vehicle when I got ahold of Josh a sales manager and Daniel Carr they had my vehicle picked up sent to Nissan had the oil changed , filter changed cabin filter changed and cleaned the car up and brought it back to me That’s Above and Beyond Customer Service after the sale such caring people told me sorry for my loss and when I went to shake Daniel’s hand he said can I give you a hug I said absolutely thank you for doing all this for me don’t know what I would’ve done without their help God Bless you all and thanks again.
