If I could give Audi Knoxville 10 stars I would. They were so helpful in repairing my Audi and going the extra mile for me. I personally worked with Landon, he was amazing! Whatever compensation he receives, isn’t enough. If every dealership had an employee like Landon, they’d sell out of cars. I live 3 hours away from the dealership and Landon saw to it that they drove my car back to me after they repaired the issues.

Very nice modern dealership.
Very nice modern dealership. Very professional, and I was treated very well. Only negative would be that the dealership seemed cramped on the outside. Need more space ( acreage). Sorry we were too far apart on truck value vs my trade in!

Absolute first class service by Steve and his team. My wife and I were on the road from Nashville and picked up a nail en route that we were unsure whether had pierced the side wall. Stopping in as a walk in without an appointment, Steve greeted us immediately, making us feel welcome and did everything he could to get us back on the road quickly and safely, keeping us updated through every step of his team's diagnosis. In today's world, the type of care Steve afforded us was simply exceptional. As much as we really like our 2nd Audi, the product, it's experiences through people like Steve why we love the brand.
