Seamless and Enjoyable Buying Experience

I recently purchased a used Audi S4 from Trent Rogers at Harper's. I live in the Atlanta area and found the car online. Trent was amazing from communication to customer service to seamless purchasing experience! Like most people, I love cars but dread the buying experience. This was different as there was no high pressure, bait and switch or weird add on fees...just a simple straight forward approach that I appreciated. It was well worth the 3 hour drive and will do it again for my next purchase. And by the way, I love my car! Steve Dawson Canton, GA

Great Service Experience!!`

I got a flat tire on the day of our last snow storm which made for a tough day to say the least. I changed the tire and brought the car to Charles Vesser at Harper Audi. He quickly got me set up with a loaner and I was back to the business of my day. Charles was good enough to allow me to have a replacement tire shipped to Harper Audi. The tire was replaced quickly and professionally and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. Great Job! Thanks a million, Jack Kelly

Excellent dealer. Couldn't have asked for better experience

I live in Texas but found the 2012 Audi that I was looking for at Harper Audi. I was a little nervous to buy a car sight unseen but the experience has been a really good one. It started with a call to Chris Shore who made me a reasonable offer on the car. Chris sent me pictures and made sure to point out every minor imperfection some of which were very hard to see. He arranged every detail of the transaction and communicated thoroughly along every step. He was up front, honest and genuine. When only one set of keys arrived with the car, Harper agreed to pay to have another one made. Like I said, Chris was prompt and professional at every step and was a pleasure to deal with. I love my new Audi and would definitely recommend visiting Harper if you're in the market for a new car. These guys are professional.

The Porsche Professionals.

Harpers installed, balanced, and aligned a new set of tires on my 911 S. When I picked it up on day it was promised, I was delighted to see it had also been washed and cleaned. I was given a detailed report on another issue on which we agreed could be handled during the next scheduled service. Derek Tingle, Charles Vesser, and Mark Nagle have always delivered the absolute best in service for me and my wife's Audi Q5. They are consummate professionals as is our salesman, Vince Neeley from whom we purchased both vehicles. Harpers is absolutely the best dealership with which I've ever dealt. They are the standard by which all others should be measured.

Best dealer and service I have seen in my 62 years.

I cannot say enough about these guys. You can trust them to do what is right. In other words, they tell you honestly if something is needed and they fix it correctly. I keep buying cars here because of the service guys. The sales guys are great too, but the service is why I am there.

The way buying a car should be...enjoyable not painful.

This is 4th car I have purchased from Harper's in the past 18 months, and each time was a pleasant experience. All the people who work at Harper's Porsche, Jaguar, Audi go above and beyond to make sure customer service is the top priority. Joey makes the buying experience pleasant, and his product knowledge is very impressive. I have never had a better experience buying a car than from Harper's. Unlike nearly every car dealership out there, from the moment you arrive there is never any pressure put on you to buy. Instead of just trying to sell you a car, they really listen to what you want, and help you get the car you really meets your needs. I have had the pleasure of owning all 3 of the makes they sell, and each one has been exactly what I wanted. In the past buying a car has always been such a stressful procedure until now. Buying a car should be a fun process, not a stress filled nightmare.

Totally excellent experience

From the beginning to the end my Harper experience was fabulous! Chris is a wonderful representative for Harper's. He found the vehicle I wanted in a short period of time and was just awesome to deal with. I have owned Infinite's before that I purchased at Harper's so I know the service is excellent. I have friends in Nashville that have not had pleasant experiences with their Audi's service. I know that I can count on Harper's to meet my needs. I would highly recommend seeing Chris to make your next purchase.
