I really enjoyed the customer service I received from my service representative Marty. I took his time to explain and to make that I understood what needed to be done and options I had in order to resolve the issue that I had with my 2016 Toyota Tundra. He reminded me of my old favorite service representative Austin who is now a service manager at the Honda dealership. I believe that Marty is on the same track since he showed a lot of enthusiasm and eagerness to resolve my concerns. Good job on hiring personnel like Austin and now Marty.

It was a delight to go through the whole mileage inspection process from the time I called to make the appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle. Alberto and Luis particularly were super helpful, friendly and patient. They were very knowledgeable and thouroughly explained issues being addressed. Everybody including cashier were outstanding

Dealership sells you all the warranties possible. Just so they can tell you nothing is covered by your warranties. You need to pay out of pocket. Then the mechanic is sent to assist in answering questions just to walk off and ignore questions that are being done to him to find answers. Extreme disappointment, especially after the dealership came highly recommended

I always receive excellent service when I take my car in for oil changes or anything else it needs. Marty sold me my Rav4XLE and now he's in the service department taking care of my SUV making sure it's running great. Thanks for all you do.
