Great service And customer service team

3rd visit there and extremely happy with each service. When I came in yesterday to have “the works” oil change service performed I was met with pleasant staff who offered us a ride to get something to eat if we wished when we mentioned we wanted to go for a walk to stretch out from and hour of sitting in the car. Upon check out it had been determined I had a headlamp out on the front drivers side of the vehicle. The service attendant next to us, jumped up and went out to the vehicle to see what type of bulb we needed for replacement, went to parts and retrieved the bulb (had parts write up a parts ticked) then went to the vehicle and replaced the lamp for us in about 10 minutes. Great customer service and friendly staff.

F150 Purchase

Easy to discuss purchases, met the sales manager who was friendly and willing to talk about more than just the business of purchasing a vehicle. Liked the Costco auto program process...

Service compleated very quickly

Quickly done with a report about next service visit and friendly Chehalis shop was on time went to waiting area got relaxed and then it was done

The service on the repair of seatbelt was good. I was told it would take about 1 hour and I think I was out before the hour.

Happy SUV

First Service on New Ford Ranger

Staff is friendly and remembered us from out purchase. There was no pressure and listens to our concerns. Overall a pleasant experience. We look forward to making the drive to Awesome Ford for future maintenance.

Great Job

This is the second time that I have had work done on one of my vehicles at Awesome Ford. Jeb Kozisek has been involved in both of the transactions and made sure that everything went well and work was done in a timely manner. In both cases the technicians made the repairs and ensured that everything was done professionally. Awesome Ford is worth the time and effort.
