Welcoming staff. Were able to answer my questions. I had no appointment, but they got me in and had me out in less then an hour.

I am pleased with Chehalis Awesome Ford. The service people are very helpful in fulfilling the repairs needed on my Ford Flex. I have had Three major repairs done - a rat infested roof liner, oil leak repaired, and rear struts replaced by Ford. All of the work was done in the time required. They took care of my personal needs while I waited for oil changes etc, such as a ride to town center and return. I would recommend Awesome Ford to anyone who needs quality repair. I would like to have a Ford Flex Electric version to replace the one I have. It's a great car with comfortable room for seven people. The visibility is superb and that is one of the main reasons my wife and I chose to buy the Flex. Our grandchildren love to travel across the state in it. Thanks for being a reliable auto manufacturer.

The Service department staff was very helpful. I was in from out of town needing an oil change and was to use my FordPass credit (points) I was unaware that FordPass never updated my account from my 2020 purchase F250. The Service manager and front service agent both worked hard to resolve and fix my account. They agreed to wait for FordPass to update my points and didn't charge me personnally.

Michael the Service Adviser was the most professional, honest and friendly person I have personally dealt with at any dealership. He kept me informed, met the commitments and gave me options. His customer service skills and knowledge were superb!

No pressure sale. Fair price on trade in. Pre-delivery prep was lacking, residual glue left on truck, windows were dirty, bed locks not installed, etc.

I needed repairs done under my extended warranty another dealer closer to me refused to do... I called and spoke to Mike in the service dept. He said bring it in . that it might take a few days to get to because they they. Were pretty busy and limited on techs to do 4wd...but they got i diagnosed. Right away , had to order a part. Got the authorization from the warranty company andTook care of it no problem whatsoever! Very happy customer, Thanks Mike
