Problems with the new car from the start.

Problems with the new car from the start. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we were told we provided the incorrect VIN to our insurance company enough though it was the VIN on the quote and the vehicle with that VIN was in the showroom. This required a 45 min call on a Saturday with insurance to modify. Then the car we were sold was set with another profile that was password protected, as such I could not be made the "owner" of the car. After 4 days of trying to get help from the salesman, he suggested a 1-1.5 hour service call. The service call required a complete reboot of the computer system and in person visit. The initial reboot didn't work, and eventually the vehicle needed to left with service 5 days, with little to no feedback on status of vehicle from service. After this was resolved, the manager told me he would be in touch with a promise to "make this right." More then two weeks have passed with no communication from the Manager. I reached out once more and was told they would contact me today and I have received no communication. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication, and empty promise from this dealership.

Greeted promptly by Alec, great explanation of services to be performed, offered car wash at completion of service, comfortable waiting area with beverages, always a pleasant experience with this service department. Thank you

Very impressed with our experience purchasing a new car.

Very impressed with our experience purchasing a new car. The staff were personable, professional, and polite. They were also very knowledgeable, answering all our questions and then some. Their concentration solely on Volvo cars is reassuring.

This dealership was absolutely fantastic.

This dealership was absolutely fantastic. From the instant I arrived they were there to help me. I had a flat tire and a long drive ahead of me. Alec showed me why the tire had to be replaced and explained the details how this tire was specially made for Volvo. They communicated every step of the way. Being from out of town, they made me feel right at home, like part of the Volvo family.

Everyone I came in contact with was great from the sales
