Friendliest staff, great service. No problems at all. It's the only Mini on Jax, but I used to live in Orlando and the crew here is nicer than that folks at the other dealership. :)

Great experience, everyone was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Alison is the best! Always on top of the job. She was ready for me as soon as I walked through the door, even though I was early. Todd was good to talk to and willing to show us cars on the lot.

Allison was quite helpful with my last visit to Tom Bush service. They put me in a rental and kept me well informed. Unfortunately, It was an expensive fix for MiniKay!

I have been working with Alison Arbuckle who has been my service advisor from day one when I brought my 2017 John Cooper Works Mini in for service. My initial service was, let's just say, a really huge work order with a lot of work getting done. Kaidden was the technician assigned to work on my Mini and I have been so pleased with the quality of his work that I have specifically requested that Kaidden is the only technician to work on my JCW going forward. My recent work order, which was also work intensive, required a new passenger door and paint to match the Melting Silver factory paint on my JCW and the work performed has been very satisfactory with very few minor items needing to be followed up on. Alison has always kept me up to date on work being done to my Mini and have been very easy to work with. My overall experience dealing with Tom Bush MINI have been a very positive one and I am hoping will continue to develop into a wonderful relationship similarly to what I have experienced with BMW of Warwick in Rhode Island with my 2004 M3. It is very hard to find a dealership with who you can trust your car completely with. I feel Tom Bush MINI is one of those dealerships based on my experiences so far. Thanks to Alison and Kaidden for making my experience trouble free! Keep up the awesome work!!!👍🏽 For those on the fence whether or not to bring their Mini in for service, I say do it.
