I have been working with Alison Arbuckle who has been my service advisor from day one when I brought my 2017 John Cooper Works Mini in for service. My initial service was, let's just say, a really huge work order with a lot of work getting done. Kaidden was the technician assigned to work on my Mini and I have been so pleased with the quality of his work that I have specifically requested that Kaidden is the only technician to work on my JCW going forward. My recent work order, which was also work intensive, required a new passenger door and paint to match the Melting Silver factory paint on my JCW and the work performed has been very satisfactory with very few minor items needing to be followed up on. Alison has always kept me up to date on work being done to my Mini and have been very easy to work with. My overall experience dealing with Tom Bush MINI have been a very positive one and I am hoping will continue to develop into a wonderful relationship similarly to what I have experienced with BMW of Warwick in Rhode Island with my 2004 M3. It is very hard to find a dealership with who you can trust your car completely with. I feel Tom Bush MINI is one of those dealerships based on my experiences so far. I just had my car inspected for an upcoming trip and as usual Tom Bush MINI did a great job! Forrest was very accommodating and kept me informed of what was going on with my car.
