300 $ for an oil change is pretty expensive. Also when purchasing an extended warranty it should be explained that it’s not a continuation of the original warranty.

The whole experience was nothing like what one would expect at a used car dealer. They were accommodating, respectful and a total joy to deal with. And my salesman, Bob Annis, was exceptional! I was buying this MINI for my wife and was initially unexcited about owning one. After taking possession, this might have become one of my favorite cars to drive. If you are looking for a car give Ferman a try first. A friend of mine bought a Porsche and a BMW from them and also had nothing but positive experiences. Big thanks to Bob, Ron and the Ferman staff.

I am a loyal Mini owner, as is my daughter! Michael Stanton was such a pleasure to work with, as my daughter purchased her 3rd Mini, her first at Ferman! He was so personable and professional with me on the phone, and took great care of my girl! Manolo was also very helpful when I needed an answer when Michael was out of the office. Thorough informative personable and above all pleasurable

Never a problem
Needed a vacuum and car wash. No problem. BUT the Service Manager, Derrick, checked to see what services my Mini might need. He found something, discussed it...he got it done.
