Josh Welch was GREAT! He gave me a fair price, threw in some bargains and made the whole process seamless. The others at Parkside Kia were friendly,courteous and took a few minutes out of their sales time to make you feel at home and that you were valued not only as a customer , but as a person also. Very polite young man to work with. Felt right at home looking for cars with. Very knowledgeable. Also i called him to come in and look another day and he was not their but called another employee who was and told me to go see them. Class act

Always a great experience with the service department`
Great service provided on the vehicle. Friendly and informative service from the staff. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. They staff was continuously disinfecting the public waiting areas. (an important service these days!)

Excellent sales
We bought a 2021 Seltos and am loving it. We told our salesperson what we wanted and our price range and they helped us get what we wanted. No pushiness was involved. They were very easy to deal with and would certainly go back again.

Sales rep was great. Total process took a little long, but that was not Mike's fault. First offer from manager was way high, but he subsequently came down.

Oil change
The service department had my oil changed, fluids refilled, tires checked all within an hour. They explained everything to me so that I could understand.

Oil change and minor service.
Done when promised even with some extra requests. The waiting area with free wi-fi makes the time pass quickly. The liquid refreshments are appreciated.
