I love Carmax, what I wish they would change was the 2 car limit to test drive. I was lucky that I found something on the first 2 drives, but always nice to have choices. Also - always check BOTH key fobs. We found out a few days later that the secondary FOB wasn't programmed which cause a trip to the dealer, inconvenient, but Carmax did pay the bill. All in all a smooth, stress free process.

Nice people - very clean facility - good selection of brands - but had EXACTLY the make, model and low mileage SUV in the right color too! How good is that? Pleasant buying experience, no pressure and fair price.
