My experience at CarMax was very different compared to other car dealerships.The personal were very helpful and didn’t pressure me at all. They allowed me to inspect the vehicle that I was interested in buying. I had some concerns with the vehicle after driving it. Called them and they took care of my issues right away.

I love Carmax, what I wish they would change was the 2 car limit to test drive. I was lucky that I found something on the first 2 drives, but always nice to have choices. Also - always check BOTH key fobs. We found out a few days later that the secondary FOB wasn't programmed which cause a trip to the dealer, inconvenient, but Carmax did pay the bill. All in all a smooth, stress free process.
