Airbase Auto Sales

We made it not even half way home and the car started overheating. I was able to get the car back on the road after being stuck on the side of the highway. We made it a bit further and got to about the halfway mark of our journey when the car started having issues again. We had to get a hotel room for the night, the next morning I worked on the car a little and got back on the road. Made it about 45 minutes and we were stranded again. Our 5.5 hour trip took us nearly 24 hours. Airbase covered the tow the rest of the way home. Much appreciated, I have spent the last few days trying to diagnose the car, someone has used a cooling system stop leak to temporarily "fix" what appears to be a blown head gasket. I have tried reaching out to Airbase Auto Sales and was able to reach our salesman this morning, line suddenly disconnected and now I can't get an answer or call back. I have had the car for a week, we can't drive it. Still have to pay for it, and no support after the sale... So I guess buyer beware, as someone who comes from the Marine Service and Sales world, this is not how you should do business.

The manager, Roger Wertenberger, really worked to get me into something dependable and affordable, even with my poor credit history. I was so surprised at how quick the process was.
