I will never buy a vehicle from them again. Within 2 years I ended putting 3000 in repairs for the 2003 Murano that was purchased. After the car broke... down a third time I scraped it.

Excellent unpretentious sales staff. Gene was polite, efficient, and the first quiet car salesman i have run across. The car i bought came as advertised,... no issues, and a fair price. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS - I'm out $9,000 because of these crooks! The BMW I purchased had issues from day one. When I notifed them, they changed the oil and... said that should fix the issue(s). It didn't. Then they tried to blame the way I drive the car. They said they were willing to work with me to fix the problem, but they aren't. Two reputable mechanics later, both say this car needs a new engine, a $7,000 repair. And both reputable mechanics say they could see metal shavings in the oil. Either Milano saw the same thing and lied or they're inept. Either way this dealership is THE WORST sort of business to ever deal with!
Went in to check out a used car I found online and was highly disappointed in the car and service. First flag was the car did not want to start, the battery... seemed to be going bad. No big deal easy fix I thought, but then I looked under the hood. Oil leaking from the valve cover and the dealer was like it's not bad it's not like you'll be adding a quart of oil a day. At that point I said I would need to think about it and have to check other cars on my list first. Then another dealer offered that they would fix the issue but they would have to remove the warranty they offer on all cars they sell. Not guaranteeing the work they perform or giving the basic warranty they give on all cars is bad. Will not be going back.
First of all, the car you looked at did NOT need jumped. Battery worked perfect (IT WAS NEW) Second, we didn't say to put oil in it everyday. We said ..."it's not like you have to add oil to it" There was a tiny small valve cover leak on a 9 year old car with 100,000 miles. We offered to fix it. The warranty is something no other used dealer will give you for free. It's a cost thing. I get that you wouldn't understand I'm just glad we have the wonderful customers that understand English and know even simple things about cars.
