Great experience.

Great experience. Great customer service. The shop listened to my wants and needs for a new car and also was respectful of my financial means at the same time. I felt valued as a customer. It is evident that the Faulkner motto shines bright through all their dealerships.

I have been happy with previous years that I had service

I have been happy with previous years that I had service done but this year (2025) was awful. They had my car for almost a month. I had to call multiple times for an update on the status of my cars repairs. On the one of the last follow ups...I was told my car was done and given a price that was higher than expected. The originally gave me a quote for service and price of a new part and I agreed but they couldn't get the part new. They gave me a quote for a used part. I agreed to the used part at a reduced price but then when they gave me the total cost it was the same as the original quote they gave me for the new part. Staff argued with me and said some xx about needing to pay the bills and keep the lights on. They would not give me a line item breakdown in writing but verbally went through the charges which I compared to previous inspections, oil changes and sticker costs which was all fine. Then it came down to them trying to charge me $500 (which was the new part price) for a used part they quoted me $300 for. I don't know what changed at Faulkner VW but their service was well below average for me this year. I don't usually write reviews but I felt like they crossed a line.

I had 10k mile service completed.

I had 10k mile service completed. I stayed while the service was complete. The entire process was easy, from booking online, checking in and the waiting room was clean, spacious and easy for me to open my laptop and continue working.

Just terrible my wife and newborn were mistreated by staff here and taken advantage of. Performed work we didn?t what and charged us. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN.

I frequently take my VW Jetta to Faulkner Volkswagen for routine maintenance. The staff is highly knowledgeable and very friendly and my car always comes back better than when I dropped it off. I will continue taking my car to Faulkner for their superior service.
