Very pleased dealing with Harold Ford Rich did a great job finding a vehicle that please my wife and I would recommend Harold Ford to anyone

The dealership wasn't too bad but the salesman is someone I'd never deal with again. I was supposed to have a remote start and heated seats installed from an outside source. The remote start was installed but not the heated seat. When I told the salesman this and that I didn't want that same person installing it after I got no directions as to how the remote start worked he got pretty crappy with me so I never did get the heated seat.

Did great job in helping get a truck just like I wanted went above and beyond the extra mile even excellent service and great experience

salesman Chris was great, showed me everything on the computer & answered all my questions. However the title person didn’t apply for over 2 weeks.

Although the service department was not able to repair my truck a part was ordered and they apologized for the delay . They washed the truck and were very professional.
