This dealership went out of their way to get my Flex back on the road. The factory warranty people absolutely SUCKED. The actual cause of the problem was not specifically determined although the dash was disassembled and reassembled The factory warranty was due to expire within a few days. The factory warranty people were very explicit in explaining that if I have this problem again, O well, not covered if I don’t purchase more additional extended warranty. My third Flex, love the car. Not real comfortable driving this car anymore. By the way, the dealer didn’t charge me for this work. Really customer oriented. Thanks again to Harold Ford. Harold also has a Chevy dealership. Time for a change?.
