I took my Explorer in for an oil change. I was told the control arm on left side needed to be replaced and a boot on the right side needed replaced. Took vehicle back they replaced the boot said control arm was ok. vehicle has never driven right since day one, was told the boot was the cause, I did not believe that. Vehicle still has the same problem. This a 2023 Explorer with 17,000 miles on it.

Excellent customer service. I made an appointment and they were ontime to their appointment times.

Supper easy, no hassle. Spent 20 min in the dealership and drove away. They had everything ready for me to sign and walk away.

Ok, expected better. Had a code that came up I wanted checked out, made dealer aware of it when I scheduled. Then I was told they couldn’t do anything about it since they didn’t know. Same for a recall, maybe reach out to someone before the scheduled service to let them know what to expect.
