Buyer Beware! I was DUPED BY EVO!

Buy With Caution ! Duped by EVO! I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership - they mislead you - overcharge you say anything to get you to purchase then refuse to work with you if you discover there are problems with the car and that they charged you way more than the online posted price for the car. They acted like if we were unhappy with anything or the car had any issues at all we could return the car - and then when I began having issues after only 2 days with the Mercedes I purchased they refused to call me back and when i finally did reach someone they had a million new reasons why I couldn't return the car even though the bank i financed through said we could. Very Dishonest People! Classic Bait and Switch contract. Don't be fooled like we were. Go to a reputable Mercedes Dealership instead.

Shopping around for a used car

Went to look at a specific model car, which Evo motor had about 10 of. I was going to go to the Jacksonville location because they had one that really caught my eye, but figured I'd go to their Seffner location just to see what they're about. I figures that they would have the same quality of car, (or lack there of) at they're Seffner store as they would in Jacksonville. Long story short, I'm extremely grateful I didn't take the 3 and a half hour drive, being that every single one of the cars I looked at had been in an accident and had very poor repairs done to them. Not to mention, it took them 3 days to tell me what my payment and interest rate would be, after calling and having to leave messages multiple times. After seeing all of these cars, I would never recommend this place to my ex wife.

Hello Joe, Thank you so much for the feedback. We rely on your feedback to improve our operation. At the Seffner location there is over 1000 vehicles. Wear and tear on used vehicles varies from one to another its really rare that all vehicles you looked at were not in the condition you expected. As far as accident history we have hundreds of clean carfax vehicles but its normal for many used vehicles to have incidents reported as they are actually used. We retail any vehicle if it has a clean title history, no major structural replacement, and no salvage or flood history. I really apologize for the delay in communications and thats something we will work on. Thank you for your feedback

The buying process was so stressful, however Jasline and Jauarquisa made this such a great experience and so much easier! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to go here they are great!

Rude Service, Not Helpful

Inquired about a car listed, was informed car was available, applied for financing. Shortly after got notice that the car was longer available and 48 hours to hear back on financing. When I called with questions, the lady was very rude and short. She really was annoyed that she had to do her job. To make matters worse the car they said was no longer available, a friend inquired about and was told it was available.

These BUSY folks did a good job

We came to Seffner early, knew the cars we wanted to see and test drive. Glad we did, because this is a huge car lot. Car Faxes were provided. Jasmine helped with the cash deal (GREAT job), Jeffrey helped locate all keys for the vehicle and helped us after the sale. Well done!!

Daughters first car

I got my daughter a Nissan Altima, Omar was a rider for test drive he was very personable and courteous. Jeffery our salesman was awesome. He worked hard to make sure Our car was in tip top shape before we drove off the lot. I want to say our buying experience was quick but I also paid cash. I got a low mileage car for a very reasonable price. They met all my expectations. Great job Evo.

Bought my daughters first car today. We had a great experience and Jeffrey took great care of us. Omar who test drove with us was very personable. We got an amazing deal on a Nissan Altima. The staff was so nice and courteous. I paid cash and it was very quick I was out the door in no time. Thank you
