Do not keep promises, say what they want to make a sell.

Do not keep promises, say what they want to make a sell. Do not recommend buying from this dealership. Sold me a vehicle with a faulty transmission and turn around to say that it’s not their problem. On top of that they told me it would come with 6 free fill ups. After the 3rd one they told me that was it.

Be advised that my experience at fiesta Nissan Dealership was excellent. The employee who attended me was Mr. Mario Chávez. He was not only very respectful and very professional but he had excellent work ethics. Said emplovee on several occasions while my service on my Nissan Rogue was being worked on . Would take time to keep me aware of my service pending.. Fiesta Nissan Dealership should be very proud to have such Employees like Mr. Mario Chávez, Mrs. Melissa and Mr. Clarence . Awesome Team

Service and Professionalism all in one

Just like to mention that yesterday December the 13, 2022 . I took my 2018 Nissan Rogue for an Oil Change and regular maintenance. The reason I am writing this review is to thank Mr. Mario Sanchez and the service department staff for his excellent service and professionalism. Mr. Mario Sanchez Was not only professional but had excellent work ethics and made my stay pleasant at fiesta Nissan service waiting area . He was always so attentive if I needed anything and even provided me with a complementary courtesy car wash for my rouge. Fiesta Nissan Edinburg shoul be very proud to have employees like him , Mrs Melissa and The top man Mr. Clarence working for this Dealership .

Cris Manzano & Rick Gonzales did an amazing job getting me approved! They kept me informed of my vehicle in transit and delivered sooner than promised! Will continue to be a Nissan owner knowing they have a staff that cares!

Wow!

Wow! I just wasted more than one hour at this place. Really bad customer service to go along with it. So my tires needed nitrogen and the Bert Ogden Nissan McAllen location does not have nitrogen available at the moment. I went to Fiesta Nissan after calling to confirm that it was available and that I was going to be able to get it in my tires. "Sure!" "Come on in" they said. Mind you there is no mention that there was a fee for the service. Older gentleman, very helpful, rights up a ticket with my vehicle information and asks me to wait. "Someone will be with you shortly" he said. Cool, Right! Well the service guy comes over and I explain to him that my tires need nitrogen. He doesn't seem to have a care in the world and says he needs to ask. Comes back and say his manager is out to lunch after walking around, what seemed aimlessly, trying to figure out what to do. Which he then tells me the nitrogen unit / machine was not quite working but that he could try. So I of course said yes. He then leaves again and comes back with his so called manager. His so called manager tells me the machine is not functioning well but they could try to put nitrogen in my tires but if it was not working that he was just going to put air in my tires. Mind you, till this point, there has been no mention of a fee. Wow! Wait! What!?!?! No! I said, you are not going to put air in my tires. That is not what I asked you for. Long story short. I got horrible service and No Nitrogen in my tires. Ugh!!! I was so upset, disappointed, and frustrated. After the service guy told me to wait inside that he was gonna fill my tires, he came inside to tell me there was a fee for the service. Ugh! What a waist of time. There is no fee when I go to McAllen and get Nitrogen in my tires. The problem is there is no nitrogen available in McAllen. God!! I could just scream.

It was a great experience as well as the finance office Joe Duran. I bought my first Nissan 2013 Maxima from Bert Ogden, always a great experience. They were able to find and locate the exact vehicle i was looking for. I also want to thank Kyle Oakes for having an amazing team that has been so professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of my purchase. I absolutely love my new Rogue.
