Lori at Stocker Subaru is a gem! She went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted in the little time frame she was given. I found the car I wanted... over 2 hours away she called that dealership, made it happen on something that we thought was impossible as these cars are flying off the lots and sent her guys to go pick it up. She went above and beyond and that is why I chose to buy my 3rd new Subaru from her. We will be return customers to Stockers and to Lori forever due to her dedication to her customers, she even came in during her vacation to finish up our deal. My husband and I bought our last 3 vehicles through Craigslist, and have been happy with the results. But when I totaled my 2005 Forester on an icy lane... just before Christmas, I couldn't find what I was looking for (2005-2009 Forester) within a convenient distance. Stockers had one, so I test drove it and liked it. They agreed to let me take it to my local mechanic to check it out, and were then willing to negotiate the sale price based on some major work that was overdue on the car, plus replaced a muffler than had a whole in it. Salesman Luke V. was pleasant and respectful (I did all the dealings myself, he never met my husband until I came to pick up the car at the end), and didn't get impatient with all the negotiations and items I 'requested'. Their finance man Richard S. explained and worked with me on some details on the final bill that I questioned, and was also very pleasant. As in any major purchase, you need to come to the table prepared and look closely at the paperwork and figures. And it helps to enjoy negotiating. Just keep everything respectful.
Went here to buy a newer vehical and thought everything was going good until i wanted to know the price on a certin truck, sales person talked to his manager... and they would not give me the price, very unprofessional. I decided to get this used car they had on the lot that i already researched and when i went to negotiate the price on my trade in they already put the value in the paper work without my consent. I took what they gave me and left with my newer car. After talking with a friend, found out they did the samething to his wife. Will not be going back to that dealership again!
