Normally dont have any problems. Monday had 4 tires put on and balanced. On the way home noticed they were out of balance and whole truck shook. Made an appointment for following day and 2.5 hours later had them balanced correctly. Had to miss extra time off work. Would have thought a free oil change certificate or something would be in order. But nothing. Dont remember who i worked with first day only second.
