Have always been satisfied with service, but last visit I discovered they did not rotate tires as requested on silver package and did not document it on the service ticket. It may have been a mistake, but they didn’t make it right either. Felt like it was more of a shortcut rather than what was best for my tires. Lost my trust in the service dept.

Would definitely recommend. We fell in love with a vehicle but was a little above what we wanted to pay. After leaving we recieved a message that they were able to come down to our price. They had it ready for us when we came the next day. We recieved excellent care. They were very kind and easy to work with.

I would like to thank Doug Keeler for all his help and patience in helping me choose a perfect vehicle for my needs. He took his time and explained every detail about the 2020 Ford Ecosport SE that I purchased. I am an elderly lady and not up to date on modern technology. With that being said Doug Keeper made me feel comfortable and confident with this vehicle. I am a very satisfied and happy customer.
