Purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz S500 1 month ago! Same day the belt broke and we were not reimbursed. So far I have had to replace belt, radiator, both breaks, lights, and a broken rim. He was not transparent about anything. I was told that he would order me a vacuum pump so I could lock my doors and he would replace my seat belts that his workers got dirty. First month of calling I kept getting the same answer that he was waiting on it to be shipped in. Today I called and Elvis was very rude telling me shut up let him talk and he even said goodbye xxxxx and hung up and told me you get what you pay for n that he don’t own we nothing because it wasn’t in writing. I’m 20 yers old and this is my memory of me spending $5400 on my first car thanks Elvis auto for nothing.

I bought a 2001 Expedition from Elvis! Great Truck! Easy Transaction! Nice Customer Service! A friend recommended them and I was uncertain but because of my great experience; I've recommended a few friends to them myself!

THIS PLACE HAS DECENT AND CRAPPY CARS ON THE LOT. IF YOU DO PURCHASE FROM HERE, PLEASE CHECK OUT EVERYTHING POSSIBLE UNDER THE HOOD. TIRE WAS FLAT, HAD MISSING CAPS , COVER TO MOTOR, AND MISSING HOSE. I WASN'T FOCUSED ON THE SMALL THINGS BUT THEY WERE JUST A WARNING SIGN TO THE REST THAT UNFOLDED AFTER I LEFT THE LOT. TEST DROVE CAR, IT SEEMED FINE. LOOKED UNDER HOOD NOTICED THE MOTOR JUMPING, ELVIS (HOWARD) SAID IF YOU WANT THE CAR, I CAN FIX THE MOTOR MOUNTS, OK COOL, BUT YOU HAD THIS CAR ON THE LOT READY TO SELL LIKE THAT! IT'S LIKE HE KNEW IT WAS TAX TIME, GOT A SHIPMENT IN AND JUST THREW THEM ON THE LOT WITH OUT FIXING THINGS. I AGREED TO GET THE CAR, SINCE HE WAS GOING TO FIX THE MOUNTS. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN MARCH AND STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS ALL OF A SUDDEN WITH ROUGH START, THEN WHITE SMOKE APPEARS AND CAR HARD TO START, DISAPPEARING COOLANT. RESEARCHING ONLINE AND FOUND THE SYMPTOMS TO BE HEAD GASKETS! I'VE HAD CAR FOR 3 MONTHS AND THIS! IT NEVER RAN HOT! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND I CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW AND ASHLEY WAS JUST AS RUDE AS HE IS. WELL, THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO, YOU CAN BRING IT UP HERE AND WE CAN TAKE A LOOK. BUT WE WILL CHARGE YOU. DANG PEOPLE, I CAME THERE TRUSTING SINCE HE HAD ACTUALLY KEPT THIS CARLOT FOR AWHILE THAT HE MIGHT BE HONEST AND LEGIT. SADLY, I GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, I WENT LOOKING FOR A DECENT USED CAR TO GET ME AND MY KIDS AROUND AND GOT A LEMON, AND SINCE IT WAS CASH, AS IS DEAL, DOES NOT QUALIFY. I'M DEVASTATED AND CANT AFFORD ANOTHER CAR OR THE REPAIRS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ELVIS AUTO SALES, HE MAKES IT SOUND AND LOOK GOOD, ALL LIES. HE MIGHT HAVE 1 OR 2 GOOD CARS ON THE LOT. HE ALSO PAINTS THEM TO LOOK GOOD TO SELL. THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE TIL YOU SIGN THEN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR SIGNATURE, THEY TREAT YOU CRAP, LIKE MOST OF THE CARS ON THEIR LOT.

This is just a warning for anyone looking to purchase a reliable dependable used vehicle. The photos are very misleading and the customer service is horrible. The lady that runs the office is not professional at all. It would behoove you to look deep before you leap. This car lot is very sketchy and questionable. It’s almost like you are inconveniencing them when you pull up.

In the market to cash purchase a used truck. Entered office, the ofgivr lady was riffling with her cellphone so no greating nada. It took several minutes for her to feel I deemed her time. I began to inquire about a truck on their lot that qas on risers. Because of its location impossible to see inside. She went to her computer and calculator to tell me I must prove to her that I have $7700 for her to make it accessible. I asked, how does that happen? She said you can show your bank account... I have never ever heard of such foolishness. As a person of color, I am used to rude. But also as a person of color, I do not and will not spend money with those we feel they have a right to disrespect me. So to the owner if this young lady is not your wife or daughter, you might want to get better people in your front office. You could have sold a truck yesterday if it had not been for her rudeness.

Bought a used Nissan. Between test drives and looking at vehicles on the lot, I perceive the owner has to be careful about who he lets drive a vehicle off the lot and start poking under the hood; maybe that’s why the other Review was so negative. I had little intention of buying anything because I thought the vehicles were salvage. As we talked and then one of his guys opened up a few cars, I started to piece together that ‘Elvis’ (I think his name is Howard) is more stand up than expected. He’s learned how to get things repaired and touched up on the cheap and is admittedly limited regarding knowledge about the past owners. Yes it’s buyer be aware, but that’s more honest than other places we visited where there’s a great story of ‘a friend’s mom who cherished the car and traded it in’ and then evidence in the glove box shows that was a pure lie. Yes, I’d buy again - but always bring a knowledgeable friend to ride along and listen for noises and look underneath. Let’s face it - 170,000 miles may mean ‘another 50k to go’ or ‘30k past safe’ - all depending on the previous maintenance.

This guy "Elvis" will tell you he can pull any car forward 10 feet, and tell you more about it than you can determine by researching the vehicle's history, and doing your homework. He will not allow you to test drive a car at all. You cannot take one of his cars off the lot to have a mechanic inspect it, as though he is hiding something. He will allow you bring your mechanic with his tools on the lot to inspect a car by laying down on the ground and crawling under it, "if you can find one who is willing check for oil leaks etc. by laying on the ground", rather than putting it on a lift and inspecting it properly. He'll tell you a story about how one of his cars was dropped off a lift once during an inspection , "which is highly unlikely". He will tell you he knows everything about the car, point to your note pad, and tell you you can make all the notes you want, but he knows better, rather than letting you make your own assessment . So, if you are looking for a good used car, you can go see "Elvis" and buy one based on his biased and rude opinions, but you cannot ask any intelligent questions without him suggesting you don't know what you're talking about. Buyer Beware !
