Billy took the time to help us understand the vehicle with no pressure to buy at all. They offered to let us drive the vehicle overnight if we wanted which was new to us. We enjoyed the experience and are please with the purchase.

I purchased a new 2018 Chevy Silverado from the Jeff Schmitt Chevy East location. This was my first truck buying experience and it was a great one! I worked the sales consultant, Matt Roseberry from the start. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I asked him about truck bed capabilities with a motorcycle and he was able to get an answer for me very quickly. I sent him an e-mail one night and he called me within 5 minutes to answer questions. He went as far to show me some of the accessories that I would like to add to my new vehicle that he currently has on his own vehicle. I also worked with the financial rep, Patrick Cade who was just as helpful. I talked with my parents the other night and we had some questions. My parents live 4 hours away. I was planning to come in to talk with Patrick and he suggested that when I come in to talk that we could call my parents at the same time and get all the questions answered at the same time. That's exactly what we did! He was also very knowledgeable and patient as both myself and my parents asked a lot of questions. He was able to give multiple examples which was extremely helpful as both myself and my parents got all of our questions answered and we did not leave anything open to question. I was very impressed and happy with the professionalism and helpfulness of both Matt and Patrick, as well as the other staff members I interacted with during my truck buying experience.

We were interested in purchasing a new Chevrolet Impala. After some research on the internet a decision was made to visit Jeff Schmitt Auto Group. There we met Darrick Bailey, sales associate. Good experience. Found the truck I wanted and felt like the price was reasonable. I would have liked more for my trade, but it was in rough shape. Darryl Combs was very patient and worked to find what I was looking for and never seemed put out or pressured me through the entire process. This is the third vehicle from this dealership in last 5 years. Most of my repairs and service also comes from this location.

I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and I am all around happy with my new SUV. I am 20 years old and the entire sales team treated me with respect, fairness, and was just all around professional. People typically see a guy my age and dont take them serious, or just dont show any respect like I've found at other dealerships. My sales person Josh Palmer stayed patient with me all day while I was picky about what car I wanted to make my new vehicle. They worked with me to stay within my budget.
