graduation gift

We bought our daughter a car for college graduation. The selection was great and the employees were helpful. Mac stayed with us until 11 o'clock at night until we had everything done and ready to go for us since we live out of state. They were honest, helpful and we were very satisfied with out purchase.

Service is horrendous.

I felt disrespected during my whole car buying process. I purchased a used Ford from the dealership and was not informed of pertinent information about the vehicle even when I asked. Throughout the process, dealership staff encouraged me to hurry up and that they could easily sell the car to someone else.

Unprofessional and shady establishment

I purchased a car in February 2023 from evolution cars. I put $8k cash down and traded them my current vehicle. Unfortunately, my new car was totaled 7 days later. As my insurance was trying to pay the loan off for the car it was found out that the incorrect VIN number, make, model and year of the car was sent to the company that financed my loan. My car accident was on March 6th and I am STILL fighting with this dealership to fix their mistake so the loan can be paid off. I have been without a car for over a month because of their negligence. They run you around in circles and never answer phone calls. They have lied to me and my insurance and even told them to pay off the wrong car that's on my finance account instead of fixing their mistake. Very shady business and I do not appreciate the way I have been treated considering I gave them a large down payment and they can't even fix their mistakes in a timely manner. If my car had not been totaled I would have been paying on the wrong car for who knows how long and wouldn't even have known it! They only have excuses as to why its not their fault. Their negligence has impacted my daily life greatly by not having a vehicle to get to work because I cannot purchase another car until this current loan is paid off. I will tell everyone I know to never do business with Evolution cars, Conyers Mitsubishi and Car zone because they are all owned by the same person. Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase a car from these people. Save your hard earned money and take it elsewhere. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

Fraudulent and Corrupt

Evolution deserves negative stars! This dealership defines fraudulent and corrupt. I bought a 2017 Mercedes that was in the shop within a week of me having it. The dealership and their shop act as if they are two separate entities because they never communicate. Originally they sent me to their Mitsubishi shop down the street who put a broken cv axel on my car. A few days later I brought it back being that nothing was fixed then I was told that George in Evolution service would handle the repairs. After calling repeatedly and not getting an answer for a week, I decided to go to the shop. George was sitting in front ignoring the desk phone ringing all while being on his personal phone and telling me he has no idea why my car is there because there are no notes. My car was there for a week and none of the employees knew why so if I hadn’t had went then my car would have remained just sitting there. I was then passed off to Ivan who also never answered. I went back to the shop and asked what was the status. Ivan told me he was waiting for my part to come. I happened to look to my left on the floor and “just so happens” my part is sitting there. I got the run around for another 2-3 weeks until I finally got my car back. By the time I got my car back my tag had expired and I was pulled over once and given a boot in which finance and management refused to pay for. When I finally took off from work to register my car and get a tag, my paperwork hadn’t been sent even though it had been longer than the designated time frame. Went to get my oil changed and ended up with a $1000 bill because of a bad Alternator. All of this happened within 1 1/2 - 2 months of me getting the car. Also found out the car had been in accident which was not on the Carfax I was provided. I verified the vin on the carfax and car so that means they purposely altered the carfax. If you value your hard earned money, please do not spend it here. I would not take the time out of my day to write this if I wasn’t so utterly dissatisfied.

Consumer response

They won’t take the vehicle back even though they’re commercial they said you can return it if you don’t love it I’ve been working trying to get it returned over two weeks now they probably dragging along with a big thing and I’m gonna give up but it’s just not right that the public needs help and I’m the public please help

Disappointed and Scammed

This place honestly needs to be shut down. Initially the process started out pleasurable but ended up as a horrible nightmare. Rob was the salesman nice guy but a real city slicker I would say scammer as well he got me to cash App him a $1000 saying he had someone in the finance department that could push the deal through. On top of a $3000 down payment. I purchased two cars from this DEALSHIP one which was a BUICK which had structured damage which he failed to let ME know told me to come back that he would take care of me why I went back is because of the fact that they did not disclose that information still asking myself why I WOULD TRUST THEM AGAIN. This time they got me for $5100 on a land rover they had motor mounts issues but told that the breaks needed to be fixed and they would take care of that, but these people get your money, and you don't hear nothing else from them they burn your phone up to get you out there to make a sale and act like you never existed once you leave the lot. Mr. Mac who was one of the mangers who assisted with this deal and Tim another manager who we spoke with which it didn't make a difference. Karma is real and when you manipulate and lie to people it does not go unnoticed. You reap what you sow.
