I am a USAA member and I found Evolution on my credit union website, after seeing there amazing prices and talking over the phone with their staff I was... impressed. As an Army guy I see things for what they are, I drove to there store in Conyers 250 miles away for this truck and I had a great and Quick experience, Staff is Friendly the inventory was clean and they had great variety to choose from. Even tho I was looking for something very specific they had 4 of similar models and all at great price and clean. Thank you for saving me so much time.
When I decide to buy this car，they have promised to send me the contract for 5 times.I did not receive any calls from them until a wee.They told me the... car I chose can not be sold and give me another option which is $2000 more expensive than the original one.When I decide to buy，they told me the car is not sold by their company and let me make the whole process again with another company.
Excellent service, especially as a 1st time car buyer, the entire process was smooth and easy. Called to inquire about a vehicle of interest and I was... able to drive it home the same day.
Purchased a 2015 Car from these guys. Carfax report provided by dealership DID NOT REFLECT ANY ACCIDENTS and Evolution Cars said the samething! Right headlight... did not work when we wanted to pickup the car. Evolution Cars repair person worked on it for a hour and finally got it to work. One week later it stopped working. So we took it to a manufacturer's service center and found out the CAR HAD ACCIDENT DAMAGE AND HEADLIGHT HAD BEEN RIGGED TO COME ON BUT IT OVERHEATED THE FIXTURE AND CANNOT BE FIXED. I reported the situation to Evolution Cars. They aren't taking responsibility and gave been sending my calls to a general voicemail box. They haven't returned any of my 12 calls to the Service Manager, Finance Manager or Owner. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE When you need them. Seems like I will have to pay the $1,000 to fix it so the car will be safe and pass annual inspection for tag renewal. If you buy a car from them, been warned that EVOLUTION CARS DOESN'T STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES THEY SELL! You can't believe what they say about the condition of their inventory! I really thought they were better than this. You have been warned!!!
When I purchased the car then realized some items "Carfax" was not true (one owner on Carfax instead it was three owners after my own background check),... and then Evolution providing only one sheet of the Carfax and kept the originals until I requested all of them. I went to let them know and all of a sudden Martin and Thomas was "unavailable" every day although they were in the building but disappeared to work with other customers, and I was his customer too. Eventually, Louis took over the situation but still, some repairs were beyond their level of knowledge. Their avoidance of handling the various major car mechanical issues until I happen to run into the owner of the dealership ~ Sunny who approved repairs. Car was not in any condition to be driven (looked great and engine sound great but open road driving major BMW Multiple Point Inspection issues, modular system, sensors on all axels, transfer case (front and back all-wheel drive), programming of car based on BMW standards (Evolution DOES NOT have the proper equipment in the back of their machine shop to work on BMWs, Porsche, Audi or Cadillacs), alignment, tires, rims bent, gear shaft, and mechanics incompetent when comes to repairing high-end vehicles. Also, they are great at stringing you along on the repairs with cheap parts. Eventually, Evolution began repairs but the car was still inoperable (all car light issue indicators on). I took my vehicle to BMW and they inspected and completed repairs to BMW quality. It took 3-months for all the repairs to be completed and car delivered (Feb2019). The mileage on the car was more than stated on the purchase from the dealership (car driven several thousand miles before being sold but listed with miles when they acquired the vehicle). As far as sending my title (3 months after purchase and send Out-of-State to wrong DMV registration location and I had to go find where my title and registration was located in CA to complete the process. My rating for this dealership and customer service is below Poor ~ "zero".
They got us approved very quickly and waited for us to come back. The vehicle is really nice. They worked with us to get everything settled in a timely... manner.
With me being a first time buyer, they were very helpful and made the process easy for me. They made sure everything was just right.
I just like to thank you guys for the lovely job that y 'all did Mrs. Diana and the staff and everybody that have part of it was a very nice experience... me and my wife we enjoy every minute of buying a new vehicle from your guys it was rated at the top of the line of service and I just want to let you guys know the vehicles find runs good. And there was no misunderstanding of communication on any paperwork or anything and everything just went very well. I just don't know how much to thank you guys for helping us out I really appreciate it.

I went on a Sunday evening to purchase a car from them. They ran my credit and I gave them a down payment. They gave me crazy excuse saying the car I choose... was too cheap so I couldnt Finance it! So they held my down payment for two weeks saying they couldnt open the “safe”. So they gave me no other choice but to choose another car. So I picked anything in the price range they wanted. But by the time they gave me the car it was dark outside so I didnt know how it looked. But once I got home next the day I realized it had dents, scratches, and it was dirty from the previous owner. I complained to them and they told me they (Derrick (salesman) & Kevin(Finance man)) would fix them. So I went back up there. Because I made a bad review on facebook the manager got mad and said he will not fix them.
