I give three stars only because I don’t have my car yet once I give my car then I can give more stars at that time but my experience thus far I’m a happy camper. The process at evolution. Cars was easy. My agent was patient with me cause I know I’m a picky person and they was professional funny and a great sales person. Overall, the finance department was great as well. it was an easy process thank you evolution cause. I plan on doing another review when they drop my car off to me on Monday my vehicle needed and a key fob and a battery so once I get that I’ll come back and do another review. Thank you.. oh and the car selection they had was plenty. They had two lots to choose from in the Conyers area that I know of and the variety of cars was nice anything from a high-end Mercedes S Class two Toyota’s Honda Accord they had Genesis various years if you want older models, midget models, or brand new evolution car has the car for you!

BEWARE. They run a bait and switch operation.. Advertised prices are not actual prices that they will offer…. They tried to charge me an extra $6k above sticker value and refused to budge. Used a good online price to bring me in but that price was a lie. They are not transparent about their pricing upfront. They also failed to disclose an accident.

My sales rep told me they had an insurance guy, and he called him up there he was at there sister dealership Mitsubishi. He supplied insurance at all the dealers. He got me insurance and the financial manger approved it. Later on I found out it was an illegal policy and seek a settlement from the dealership. They hung up the phone in my face one of the mangers and said they have nothing to do with it they don’t sell insurance. They also said I’ll lose my civil case so don’t bother suing

I was satisfied at first with the dealership but I have not received a bill of sale, a tag, or a title after 6 weeks. I paid cash!!! You can't speak to a human and they don't return calls!!! Very dissatisfied at this point.

Buyer Beware: Evolution Cars in Conyers is a Scam! I had one of the worst car-buying experiences of my life at Evolution Cars in Conyers in December. If you’re considering buying a car here—DON’T. They are masters of deception, bait-and-switch tactics, and outright negligence. I want to be clear: my mother’s passing and buying a car are unrelated, but her unexpected death in December put me in a time-sensitive situation where I urgently needed a dependable vehicle. I simply could not afford weeks of a rental car while dealing with everything else. I found Evolution Cars through CarGurus, hoping for a straightforward purchase. Instead, I got lied to, manipulated, and scammed. I was approved for a BMW. It was a 2 day process to get the approval and they followed up several times. Then I was told It was approved and to come on in: "We have a bunch of customers right now in-house, so she can't print it out right now, but your monthly payment was quoted at $425-$500, down payment $1,000. Can you come on in." I asked again them to confirm the car was still on the lot as the on line listing was showing it unavailable all of a sudden. I was reassured again that it was there and they set me an appointment. I drove over an hour, waited 45 mins and then was told it had been sold the day before. Instead of honoring their word, they wound up pushing me into a completely different car—a VW Golf—with a higher down payment than originally promised. One with mechanical problems that I cant afford. They took advantage of my distress and desperation. Is that illegal? No. But it IS xxxxty business practice and just ugly human behavior. The VW had a horrible rattling noise before I even left the lot. I immediately voiced my concerns, but they dismissed it. They were closing as I was being rushed through document signing and I was promised it was a "minor issue". Once home, I found there was NO oil in the car, despite the carfax report stating it had just had the oil changed. NOW the transmission is slipping too. When I got upset about the noise they said: "No worries, call me tomorrow and we'll tighten whatever is loose, it’s not a big deal. It’s a clean, solid vehicle." I was made to get the emissions myself and send back proof which I though was pretty bad practice as is, then had to pay myself to have my temp tag sent to me via Fed Ex. It has already expired and Im told they dont have a title to the car, theyll have to "order a duplicate". REALLY? I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DEAL with a warranty under these circumstances. It SHOULD NOT cost me or cause more inconvenience. I’ve accepted the fact that I wound up with a very basic and mechanically unsound VW instead of the BMW I was approved for and baited with. I only ask that I be provided with a loaner vehicle while they repair the problems that already existed in the VW without warranty involvement – I’ve called, left voice messages – and NOTHING. 🚨 My Final Verdict: DO NOT BUY FROM EVOLUTION CARS 🚨 They are scammers who prey on vulnerable customers. They will lie, manipulate, and do whatever it takes to get your money. Then leave you hanging and won’t return calls when they are called out. ⚠️ Save Yourself the Headache—Take Your Business Elsewhere! There are honest dealerships out there—Evolution Cars is NOT one of them.
