Very good people. Didn’t take long. Extremely helpful to get the transaction completed. Answered all of our questions and gave us more information than we asked for.

I bought a Porsche Cayenne from here, there was an aftermarket starter put in by them which was not the correct part so it broke within the first month of me having the vehicle. They would not fix it. The coils also were out. Bad customer service.

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this location. - List of hidden damages to the vehicle I bought are listed below. I recently traded a pristine 2012, 45th anniversary Camaro Convertible with 29k miles for a Ford pickup from them simply because I needed the space and added safety for my children. I bought my truck approximately 2-3 weeks ago and since then the vehicle has had SO MANY PROBLEMS. It has been to 3 different repair shops and has only been in my possession for maybe 4-5 total days outside of mechanic shops. The first issue was worn out and damaged front axles. Travis offered me a warranty with the vehicle but then when I went to use it for this service he told me he should never have sold to me and that he doesn't even believe me that the axles were damaged and then tried to fight me on using the warranty to cover it, saying he would not pay for the service unless I took it to his personal mechanic (which I was very uncomfortable with). Thankfully, the warranty company bypassed Travis and it was taken care of. (This was maybe 2 days after I bought it) Since purchasing, my truck has had the following problems: - Worn and damaged front axles ($650 - paid by warranty after being accosted by Travis and the warranty company bypassing him) - Spark Plugs (6) ( approximately $70-80 because I am doing the service myself) - Unknown issue causing low oil pressure (currently in the shop for this as I am typing so unknown on price) - 2 damaged turbos, 1 more severely than the other (early estimate of 1500-3000 for just 1 or 3000-6000 for both) - Valve cover gaskets need to be replaced and oil is leaking into spark plug chambers ( $900 ) Without knowing the issues with the low oil, which will certainly add to this number, this truck is costing approximately -----> = $4,650 - $7,620 *The range is for if I choose to replace both turbos right now, or just pay for 1 and try to make it last at least a little while longer so that I can pay for the second one in a couple of months. I traded my vehicle with 0 mechanical or cosmetic defects simply because I needed a bigger vehicle that would be safer to transport my children in. I know have missed work, and appointments because I do not have a vehicle to drive, and have had to spend copious amounts of money on this truck. Please, do not purchase from this dealership.
