I had an amazing experience with Phats auto group. Phat and Emily are very friendly and sincere. Phat also seems very knowledgeable and honest. I bought a 2007 Toyota Camry from him and it drives great. He also provided 6 months service warranty with the car. I had a very pleasant experience at his dealership. I am truly blessed to have had an amazing experience with Phats Auto Group! All my interactions were positive! I was able to drive off in my 2015 Toyota Prius. I am looking forward to driving it as I have long commute! I was impressed at how their lot is well kept, very organized, and has a variety of vehicles. I have worked at a major corporate dealership as a consultant, and let me add that they have surpassed the customer service of a major international dealership. I did not feel any pressure what so ever to purchase a vehicle and walk out with something I didn't even plan on driving out(like most dealerships do, TRUST ME). I bought a Lexus GS430 from Phat's and I could not be happier. Phat himself is an ASE master certified technician and he works on the cars himself. He has a nice variety of mostly Toyota or Lexus vehicles, with some other brands thrown in. His pricing is fair, the buying process isn't pushy or coercive. It's a family business and they do an amazing job of making you feel welcomed, appreciative of your business, and most of all like you're getting a fair deal. When I went to look at the car and test drive, Phat explained to me that he replaced the brake rotors because he felt a little vibration, had some minor cosmetic work done to make the car look more appealing, replaced a burned out HID bulb, fixed a stuck door lock, and changed the oil, free of charge! They have made me and my wife life long customers and we would strongly recommend this business to anyone. You will not be disappointed with giving this place a try!

I wanted to let the world know about the wonderful car buying experience I had. I've been in the market for a Mazda Mx-5 (Miata) for over a year now. Using the cars.com app, I found a 1991 with just 80,000 miles at in my price range. I saw that the seller of the vehicle was Phat's Auto so I checked them out on yelp. They were 5 star with 29 reviews, woohoo! So I called Phat's Auto and made a same day appointment to see the vehicle. When I got there I was greeted by Phat. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was the one who actually had works on the cars. His genuine friendliness and honest was what sealed the deal from me. If you are sick are the typical used car experience, I highly recommend you check out Phat's Auto. I give them an A+ for service and an A++ for prices :-)

Was looking around for a used Truck, this place one of the best prices around in the area for a Toyota Tundra. The transaction was extremely easy, customer service was super friendly, and the truck was driving perfectly. I can't ask for more! Scott did a great job in making this buying experience easy. And to top it off, the facility had free coffee while you wait for the paperwork to be done!
