Great, friendly, easy experience

Irving was patient, easy going and not pushy like most dealerships. He stayed on task and helped us find the perfect vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle was made easy and I was able to drive off the lot with my new car, same day. It was a pleasure doing business with Jim Ellis Buick GMC and team.

No Time to Waste

My appointment was scheduled for 7:10am. I arrived at 7:02am. The staff was already at their station and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They got right o my request and finished just as promised. All work was done with a smile and the staff was very accommodating and professional. While waiting, I noticed that the waiting area was clean and clear of debris and the coffee station was inviting. My Service Agent was especially nice and personable and although it was raining outside, he made sure I was ok before I left the shop. Great job, Jim Ellis Service Staff!

Satisfied with receiving an early morning appointment. Matt Anderson checked to make sure worked was covered under warranty before performing service .Worked with another representative after Matt left. Very kind and friendly !

Excellent Customer Service

Great service. The Service Center staff is very friendly. They made me feel at home. They offered me coffee to make me feel at home while my vehicle was being service. They updated me on the status of my vehicle. I am very satisfied

My back seat was wet over a month before I could get...

My back seat was wet over a month before I could get service. The service manager assured me the wet back seat would be completely cleaned dry or replaced what was needed. It was soaking wet when returned. The leak appears to be repaired. Not sure which service manager made the promise. I am very disappointed and was told I would receive a call to bring my truck back to get it detailed. I did what I could to dry the foam behind the seat. hope it does mildew or mold. the truck was kept 4 days. Very very very disappointed.
