MY EXPERIENCE WITH CLASSIC IS A GOOD ONE EXCEPT FOR THE CAR WASH. IT REALLY WAS A BAD EXPIERENCE. WINDOWS STILL DIRTY TRUCK ITSELF WAS NOT ALL THAT CLEAN.

Good people to work with no over charge or hidden fees and they let you know every thing you need to know about your car in clouds accidents.

I was given options on how and when I wanted my car to be fixed. All concerns were addressed about my car's repairs. I had the option of transport to and from my home until repairs were complete. Repairs were completed promptly the next afternoon. Based on everything it was excellent service and I definitely would recommend Classic Chevy in Madison Ohio. Ten out of Ten!

We perchausd 2021 Equinox and after couple months it started smell like mold. It didn't have than 2000 miles on it. It has been in the service department 7 different times for around 3 1/2 months this last time around 8 weeks still don't have it back . They can't get it back together without sumthing not working or breaking.

Everyone was very welcoming and appreciative when finding the car that best fits me! Felix, Jessalynn and Abe were very helpful and made my experience exciting and easy. Im in love with my car because of them!

We used to be able to gloat about the care we received for our vehicle at Classic in Mentor,Ohio. Now we can no longer do that. They charge tons of money and don't fix the problem, but lie to you and say that they fixed it. Once it is discovered that the problem has not been fixed they charge the customer again for another diagnostic inspection and for any and all parts ( whether they break them or not). This seems to have happened because of an employment change but maybe there should be another such change. Kip is a problem or those who work with him are.

Jon, Stephanie, Thom and Jessalyn customer service was awesome!! Purchasing a vehicle away from home is scary but they made it easy. And I’m HAPPY!!

The car is absolutely beautiful and runs amazing. Terry was extremely helpful and made the car buying process a breeze. If I ever need a new car I will definitely come back here.
