I purchased a new to me Jeep Wrangler from Exit5 Auto Group in Latham. After extensive research, I landed on this dealership due to all of their positive Google Reviews. I can say they did not disappoint! From the moment I reached out, to the time I drove off the lot I had a fantastic experience. They weren't pushy at all. Gave me all of the vehicle's service records. Let me take it for a drive on my own. It was really nice not to be hassled. I worked with Rome who was awesome! Felt like I was working with an old friend. The guy who did my paperwork, I think his name is Jeremy, was really great too. He took his time to make sure I understood all of my rights as a purchaser and went through all of the different products they offered to make sure I didn't have to worry about future repair cost. Car was super clean the day I picked it up and I couldn't be any happier with it! Thanks again Exit5 Auto! I will definitely be back!!!

Waited 2 weeks while the vehicle was being repaired. Kept in touch a couple times. Was told it was ready and to schedule an appointment. Chose the next day. Got a text hours before that they sold the vehicle I had an appointment to purchase. After contacting the manager, I was told I should have put a deposit down which was never offered and later mentioned they weren’t taking deposits on it because of the level of interest. Poorly handled. So disappointed in this poor business and the experience.

I have bought many vehicles in my life and it's usually a difficult experience. Not so at Exit5. I couldn't believe how easy and pleasant it was. I emailed Patrick about a car, within an hour or so I received an emailed video of the car. I came in to see and test drive the car and made a deal. There was no hard sell, no hidden fees, no pressure whatsoever. It was like hanging out with a friend. I'm spreading the word to all my friends. If you need a car, truck or SUV, GO TO EXIT5!!! I know I'm going back there for my next car.

Came from out of state (NH) and wasn’t expecting to purchase same day. The car was so much better than my expectations, I ended up buying it right then and there. They got me exactly what I needed for trade in price. Patrick even kept the dealership open late to finalize my transaction. After the sale, had a small issue with a check engine light. Since I’m a few states away, they sent me directly to the BMW dealership and even paid for a part that wasn’t covered under warranty! Cannot say enough good things about Exit 5 Auto... Thanks guys!!
