Add-on price came from nowhere. The salespeople kept me waitting for one hour and went back and forth on some stupid quesitons. Very bad addtitude they do not even hide.

Very slow service and kept me waiting for hours!! Salespeople make buying a car into a marathon . I think salesman walked back and forth 10 times for simple questions!! Would never recommend this dealership. Carmax got me in and out with no problem!! Tha back and fort is a joke and waste of time

Fast response and friendly service. Only concern was not understanding why they wouldn’t offer used EV rebate as point of sale. Not sure if car was ineligible or if they just didn’t want to offer it. Otherwise great, easy to get to place

NEVER Again
Very poor customer service. Won't fix what they break. Serious personnel turnover in the service. We would go somewhere else if there was somewhere else to go. The nearest next dealer is over 45 minutes away through heavy traffic. Our only and LAST Hyundai.

waste of time
we were looking to purchase a used car. after seeing a great deal posted on cars.com by this dealership, I called and the person I spoke to confirmed that the car we were looking at was available and on the lot and made an appointment about 90mins later to see it. we get there and the entire story is different. they don't know if they have the car, the person who helped us blamed it on the person answering the phone We s.how them the posting and tell him we were told the car is currently here, he pivots and then try's to sell us a car for 10 times the amount we were looking for. I will never give this place my business. We felt like we were duped to get us to come In... it was a waste of time.

Failed to Honor Warranty - broken Clock and Nav.
I am extremely unhappy with our recent service. At our last oil change, a small leak was discovered in the oil pan seal. An appointment was made for the under warranty repair and the car spent the entire day there. When we got our 2021 Santa Fe back the in-dash clock nor the navigation system were working. 3 service calls (over several days) later they admitted they could not fix the unit (in writing) and suggested that we do our own "upgrade" over the internet to "possibly" fix the problem. We feel this is their responsibility, not off loading it on us. It worked fine when we took it in.

I have always got great service with Vacaville Hyundai in Buying Leasing and most of all Service. Service department is extremely courteous and I get taken care of quickly. In the past I have had a Santa Cruz, a Santa Fe and now a 2019 Tucson. All great vehicles.

Did you Meet Dia?
I could not of asked for a smoother car buying experience. If you are in the market to buy a Hyundai. Go see my Girl Dia. She has been absolutely fabulous. I bought a 2023 Kona EV. I LOVE it. Did you know that ev cars have 2 batteries? Well I didn?t. So apparently when the cars are shipped they are not fully charged. And while my car was plugged in to charge the big one. The other one was not fully charged. An honest mishap not a big deal. Had the new whip brought in and they took care of it Lickaty split. Dia has been so helpful with this since I live in Sacramento and the dealership is in Vacaville it?s like I was there She took care of everything for me with the service dept. and by the way they are wonderful Buddy is the man I have been coming here for years with my other car (Tucson) for oil changes and other things it needed. I?m very happy with the service from all of them in the service dept. Buddy, Logan and Matt. Ok so now back to Dia. She is everything you want to deal with when buying a car. You don?t get that shifty trying to talk you into getting something you don?t want or even need. I still have that feeling of wow I can?t believe I don?t feel like I got ?F? over feeling. I have bought 5 brand new cars in my life so far and this has been the best experience so far. The last time was when I bought my 1995 Honda Civic hatch back. I like to research my cars before I buy them and along with a friend of mine we loooooooked at a lot of ev cars and the Kona just fit me. I think all other dealerships should take a good lesson from Vacaville Hyundai. They all are so easy to talk to and you actually feel like your at your families house when your there. So if you want a new car stop in a check it out you won?t regret it. Thanks Dia your the best ..
