I just purchased a pre-owned Lexus IS 250 from Mercedes of Freehold through Larry Pius. Larry and the rest of the team there were great to deal with and made the entire process very smooth, from the initial sale through final delivery of the car. Larry was very responsive to all questions and really treats you as a valued customer as opposed to just another sale. I highly recommend this dealer and seeking out Larry for a great car-buying experience.

I visited Mercedes-Benz of Freehold and worked with Larry Pius to finance a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic. I was extremely impressed by the entire dealership and the service provided to me by Larry. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and made my transition easy. Larry was also very professional, personable, and responded to my inquiries quickly in detail. The sales and finance process was simple, with a no-nonsense approach that put me at ease and made a quick deal possible. I would recommend Larry and the entire staff at Mercedes-Benz of Freehold to any buyer.

I was a Lexus LS460 owner and recently had the opportunity to ride in a friend's S550. I always liked the S550 as it's fairly comparable to the LS460 but I was very impressed with the car and wanted to test drive it and compare it to my car. I had some time to kill last weekend and decided to stop by Mercedes Benz of Freehold. I had no intention of buying a car as I'm only 2 years into a 3 year Lexus lease. Larry Pius came out to answer my questions and took me and my son for a test ride. I really liked the car and Larry was able to put a deal together to get me out of my current lease and into an S550. He made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable, answered all my questions and best of all there was no pressure which is what I like. I have previously purchased 12-13 cars from Lexus so this was a big win to steal me away from Lexus. Nice job Larry!!

On 3/21/13 while surfing the internet for cars for my 17...
On 3/21/13 while surfing the internet for cars for my 17 year old son I came across a nice 2000 nissan maxima GLE. The car was nice looking the mileage was low to be 13 years old (107,000) miles and it had a carfax report and came from one owner. I decided to give the dealership a call and find out if the car was still available it was. The salesman stated to me that the car was in excellent shape immaculate he said they don't usually keep cars on their lot that's 13 years old. He stated that the car came from a trade in. On 3/23/13 that morning around 10:00am I called back and me and Mr. Cliff Patterson agreed on a price of 4300.00 for the car. I arrived at the dealership around 2:00pm I met with Mr. Cliff Patterson and Ana Husman after waiting for about 35 minutes. Mr. Patterson and myself took a test drive in the car it drove excellent but i did notice some exterior defects on the bottom drivers side door and the fog lamps and front and rear side marker lights were not operating. The inside drunk latch would not open the drunk from inside of the car. I mentioned to Mr. Patterson about these problems he stated to me what do u expect from a 4300.00 dollar car. I said you should of told me about these problems before I made a two hour ride to get this car. Then we had a debate over a 30 days warranty after several discussions he finally gave me a 30 day warranty. on 3/26/13 I took the car to PORTER NISSAN DEALERSHIP IN NEWARK, DE. during the inspection the tech informed me that the front radiator/motor mount bracket was rusted out, the right rear calibar was frozen up the fog lights and side marker light have electrical problems and the valve covers is leaking oil. Also the drivers side door hinge assy upper and lower needs to be replaced. I feel all of these items should have been corrected or told to me before I drove 2hrs to come and pick up a vehicle that have major problems. I think it is this company's moral obligation to disclose these problems and to also do a thorough vehicle check before selling any vehicle to a consumer whether its a Mercedes Benz or a Nissan Maxima.

My wife and I met with Chantal to discuss a new lease for a Mercedes Benz C300. Chantal was extremely helful, professional, extremely informed and was able to address our requirements very quickly. She was very diligent and we were able to find the right car, with all the right options at a fair price. The whole process took less than two hours, which is highly unusual when dealing with a dealership. This was our second Mercedes from this dealership. Not only was it a pleasure dealing with Chantal, but the whole organization including the service department is to be complemented. I would recommmend Chantal and this dealership to anyone interested in a Mercedes Benz.

Just bought my 2013 Bmw x3 from Here few days ago. Even though i'm from NY, and dealer is located in NJ, but definitely worth the time of going down there. They Give me a great deal on this car. The salesman Paul Vallejo was very nice and helpful, he made everything so simple and everything went so smooth. unlike the other dealer's salesman, very pushy and try to sell you craps. Paul Vallejo was definitely the best salesman i ever met so far. i would recommend him to anyone whos looking to buy a car, He called back after few days to see if everything is good, very responsible salesman, 100% reccommend.

I have been a long time costumer at MB, Freehold. I have no complaints except for the lenght of time it takes to complete the deal. This time however, the wait was no problem because of the professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication shown by Mr. Vallejos. He made us feel at home, he treated us as family, he answered all our questions and concerns.

There was a problem with the vehicle that sales promised...
There was a problem with the vehicle that sales promised to take care of, so when the problem was in the process of being fixed I was juggled between different dealerships, the process was not fully explained to me, I had to pay money out of my own pocket to get a problem fixed that was promised by sales that it would be taken care of. Sales did say they would reimburse me for the amount that I put out of pocket but it has been over three months and I have yet to see any check, even though upon contact I am told it has been processed and sent out. Beside this fact once the vehicle was sold and they got what they wanted it seemed as if they did not care what so ever about us anymore. I bought two vehicles on the same day and the second I tried to get back into contact with them the next day to try and resolve my issue, all I got was a middle man running back and forth between me and the used car manager, he was extremely rude in the fact that he did not finish business face to face, and any time I would try and talk to him directly he would completely ignore me. I planned on referring a few people to this location, because during the sales process I was very pleased, but like I said once it came to the point where promises had to be kept I received the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life, for such a high end dealership you would think they would take care of their customers, but it was quite the contrary. Now I know you might see that I bought a Nissan from this dealership, and you might think that why should they care about a Nissan, but regardless they sold me the vehicle they should steer me in the right direction the proper way, and treat me like anyone else, keeping their promise. I would also like to add that the second vehicle I had bought was a mercedes, and promises where also made while in the sales process for this vehicle, and again it has been three months of back and forth. So now this just proves that they treat even customers who buy their product with disrespect and attitude.
