The salesman I was working with was great in showing me a

The salesman I was working with was great in showing me a used car. Very detailed and thorough. When I went back to purchase the car the next day the price went up and they would not honor the original price of the car when I test drove it. It felt very unprofessional and shady. Also, they tried to add about 5k of "additional features" that already came with the car. It was such a waste of time and energy, I honestly wish I read the reviews before looking at the car. Seems like everyone has had an awful experience.

They offered me a good lease deal on an Ionic 6 and then strung me along for several days. Then: "After a final review, our management team determined that the discount applied was unfortunately outside the limits of what we’re able to approve as the deal is more aggressive that we’re giving brokers. I really do apologize for this oversight and want to do everything to make it right." Unprofessional.

Very shady.

Very shady. Not allowed to test drive cars on the highway. Also the sales person wanted me to test drive a car that was the same make/model/trim than the car I was actually interested in because it would be “the same”. I think a single used car is different than another used car, no? Also very shady with the used EV tax rebate, so much so that I don’t even think they actually offered it, they just covered the “discount” up with more unnecessary charges. Also, a simple Google will tell you all other fake charges that dealers try and charge you on the sale of a car… and this salesperson tacked ALL of those fake charges them on. Honestly treated me as if I was born yesterday. And then downplayed my feelings on a safety concern I had with damage I found on the car. Almost forgot that the finance paper had no grand total, and the biggest charge (5k) was crossed out physically by the salesman so we would see it, talk, and ask about it until we would have had the final contract. Not a good experience, even when I respectfully called the salesman out on these tactics that made me very uncomfortable. I would never buy a car here. Go to another dealer!

Shady with a capital S.

Shady with a capital S. I was trying to purchase a used EV from this dealer. I made it very clear the start that my offer was including all fees and add-ons, in addition to the sales price. They agreed. It took a full day to get the OTD breakdown, and when I got it, they were trying to add on 3k worth of add ons and fees. Not only was this flat out not what I offered initially, but it breaks the IRS rules to get the federal EV credit. And then, they tried to claim it does not because the sales price itself was under 25k. Literally on the IRS website it says: "Have a sale price of $25,000 or less. Sale price includes all dealer-imposed costs or fees not required by law." A lot of shady dealers will do this - claim you can get the credit, take it off at point of sale, then you get left with the bag when the IRS disqualifies you next tax season and you have to pay back the 4k. I kept pointing this out and reiterating the exact offer I had already sent, and they kept claiming they're a "big dealer" and that's why I should trust this isn't an issue. I'll take my chances with the IRS literally spelling it out, thanks. I'm not proud of my communications with them thereafter, but considering practices like this can literally put some people in financial ruin, I could not handle the level of disregard at hand. I took my business elsewhere, and I suggest you do as well. Days of back and forth with little transparency and a whole lot of gaslighting, for nothing.

I have a general rule about not writing bad reviews

I have a general rule about not writing bad reviews because I understand how important they are to businesses. But 27 days after purchasing my car I still cannot drive it, so it is time to tell the truth to help others avoid what I have experienced. My car was delivered today--a full two weeks late--without a title or temporary plates. This is after being given bad information and outright lied to during the last 10 days about when it would arrive. I have been calling them all day long today and given promise after promise to call me back. First they lied and said the title was sent yesterday. That was clearly meant to cover up the fact that they still had it and didn't even realize they should have sent it to me. I have finally been given a tracking number, but it has not been scanned in at UPS, so who knows if it will actually be shipped today? And even if it is, the next available appointment with the State to get it registered is next Tuesday--one full month after buying it. Half the people who answer the phone identify themselves as a manager, and they all apologize, but none of them takes responsibility for the fiasco. One bright spot is Christina who provided me with her direct extension and said I could always ask for her, but that was after 10 days of incredibly ridiculous treatment, and as a salesperson she has no power. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and always been treated well, until now. This is clearly a case of them not caring once they have your money. Please take your business elsewhere. Even I consider that this is just very poor management, not deliberate bad behavior, there are other places more deserving of your business. As other people have said in reviews of this company, I would give them a "no star" rating if that were possible. P.S.: Christina just called me back to check in and see if I was able to talk to the manager. I told her if she ever decides to move to a different dealership I will be happy to be her customer.

Taking time to review is not something I normally do, but

Taking time to review is not something I normally do, but people should beware and know what they are up against with this dealership. I've given plenty of time for them to make things right even when I shouldn't have, yet not one person (salesperson through management) has kept their word through this process. I will be looking into deceptive sales practices next to know my rights, but I was promised my approval through my business with me personally guaranteeing the loan would not hit my personal credit report. Adding the text picture saying that there was 0% chance of it hitting my credit report. Lie, it's on my credit report. Deceptive sales practice. Secondly, the Tesla Model X I purchased has a piece of trim fly off while driving. No one hurt, but you can see it had literal tape holding it together. Took it to a body shop, and they stated the vehicle had definitely been in an accident and the damage had not truly been fixed, just held together. 2k of damage that had not been disclosed to me... deceptive sales practice. I'm 4 months into the car, having more issues so took the car into get serviced, and looking into the coverage the warranty they sold me and couldn't find any of the coverage outlined in paperwork I signed or was given to me. Called the company, got an outline of the warranty, and it covers electrical issues only and only a few major electrical issues at that. Zero coverage on normal parts of the car. Absolutely was a bait and switch making it seem like I'm buying coverage that would handle major issues of the car. Is not disclosing coverage of a warranty I'm trying to get in place even a legal practice? Regardless, this is absolutely another deceptive sales practice. Even with all of this, I was willing to cut my loses. I live in Nor Cal, drove down to So Cal to buy this car, but was in a time crunch so leaned on the fact that all cars I have purchased through dealerships before I was sold a solid car. Here, I was promised they would buy and send me a Tesla charger. Another promise before I said yes to the purchase. A month went by, people stopped responding, and I go back down to the location pissed about being lied to. Another manager spoke with me, said they would handle it, wrote out and handed me a bill of sale for the charger, and I went on my way. That was mid November, it is now January, still no charger. Lie, after lie, after lie throughout this entire process... with plenty of opportunity to make it right and just do what was promised, send me a charger. An inability to do right by a client is why I have to share this review. By far my worst experience ever buying a car, and I have bought a ton of them over the years. Buyers beware.

I had an out the door price from them.

I had an out the door price from them. I flew to LA and Uber’d to them. I sat for 4 hours and the price went up. I left getting a last minute ticket and another Uber. They cost me $400 in travel, a day of my time, and I never even got to sit with finance after a 4hr wait. I had a check in hand, and the car was beautiful.

I was going to take a drive to see a corvette and negotiate a lower price but was shut down. i have a trade in and some cash but was turned away for all the xtra they tag on the cars. please be very transparent and retrain sales force. could off had $60,000 of my money but now your dealership has $0
