We bought not one but two fresh-off-the-lot vehicles. Scary and exciting but our salesman, JT, made sure we understood the process and answered all our questions as he walked us thru everything even answering our texts on his day off! So far so good with our new vehicles. I would really recommend Sames Dodge to anyone who asks. Every time we walked up the salespeople have been helpful. After speaking with other dealers around Austin I was getting nothing but lies and false promises. One dealership even said the pricing they emailed me was incorrect and they were not even sure who sent it, they wouldn’t even honor their pricing on their site.
