Started with ease of online shopping. Communication spot-on. Online financing easy as could be. Appointment made. Got there and Jason was as prepared as could be. A few minutes of chat; a test drive, with all my annoying questions but a very patient salesman!; then the wrap-up. A few hours of (being German myself) A-to-B-to-C stepwise German efficiency. (No Deutsche Bahn jokes! ;)

Tania Ashraf, the Audi Brand Specialist of the Ontario dealership assisted my wife and I in the purchase of our Audi SQ5.
