I arrived early for my appointment, but Matthew in the service department checked me in immediately for my oil change/service check. He was even able to provide me with a loaner vehicle. Matthew kept me updated throughout the process, provided a video of the service on my vehicle, and notified me immediately when service was completed. Service was excellent!

They took me in at the time they said.Finish ed in the agreed time.Gave me a courtesy ride nearby due to the inclement weather & picked me up.Plus the price was reasonable.What more can you say.

Jamie is awesome. I live 220 miles away, closer to another Subaru dealership, but when I am in the area, I choose Macon Subaru for service. I never feel like they’re adding services that I don’t need, and they’re always as quick as possible.

Brett from service helped me immensely when I saw there was a problem with my air pressure on my tires. He found a screw in the tire and fixed it immediately without an appointment. The service department is outstanding!
