So i filled out a online application 3 weeks ago . I called in on 12/01/17 to check status at 1st i was applying for 2014 dodge charger . but instead wanted 2 go for something easy to pay off so i asked about 2008 dodge charger. Rep didnt seem to concern about anything but a $2k-$5k down payment. Which 2 me it didnt make sense when the car i'm applying for is under 5k . What's the purpose of advertising haggle free financing if thats not what your attention is

it was unhelpful and they increased the price it was 7200 on ur app after the driver test they increased to 8400 am not shore how they work butt still really bad service

Doesn't value customers. Went in to put an earnest down payment on a car to call back and find out that they sold it - what was the point of taking my money as a down payment if you weren't going to hold it? Super unprofessional

I went inside this dealership to purchase a car. The car they had posted online that I was interested in was sold. A gentleman said someone had purchased that vehicle the same day. I looked around found another car. We talked about prices and came to an agreement. When test driving the vehicle it started making noises. On top of that the brakes were bad. You can literally hear them! I'm so glad I didn't rush into anything. Service was very poor. Please when buying a car be careful who or where you plan to purchase it.

Price is where Posen Motors stands out the best. All the bad stuff can be overlooked by the low price you are getting. Thanks to an Arabic Dude Named Nas, i got me a 2015 Dodge Charger that new body cheaper then the majority of suckers out there car buying. your the man, arabic dude! Thanks again Posen

I made a deal to hold a veshicle till i could come pick it up from our of state. 2 days before sale is suppose to happen i am notified they don't even have a title for this car. They proceed to tell me the best they can do is a different car that is 1,000 more then the one i had already put a down payment on. I refused and will not be dealing with a company that does not stick to theur deals let alone even own the vehicle they are trying to sell.

Poor facilities. Their cars are attached to each other tightly on the parking lot. I asked them to email me the report history more than two times, but they never did that. They messed up the tax refund issue because of my title is in Indiana and didn't give me a good explanation. If you want to bargain you can, because most of their cars' condition are old and poor.

i believe i got the best deal ever on a 2017!!! super happy with my purchase and experiance!!! the price you pay will beat any minor hiccups in the sales process!!! glad i went to check this place out! thank you Jason & Alex for everything you guys did for my family!!!
