Horible dealership who is unwilling to assist handicapped
Horible dealership who is unwilling to assist handicapped with the purchase of new car - liability issue. They were willing to sell me a new car but not lift one finger to help move my wheelchair lift to the new car. How was I going to get this done. Their answer was we don't care. No help offered until we were walking out the door that maybe in 3 days we could "make some calls." Just hope the service manager Darrell doesn't ever need a wheelchair. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

HAHAHAHAHA You are joke. This was handled so purely by Flow VW of Wilmington. Just an idea - how about saying we will help you make arrangements or let us make some phone calls for you. The place is a joke and only interested in "protecting" their interests. Now your saying you'll give me a $1000 credit... Amazing this is being offered only after I start letting people know how you treat the disabled. When you are treated as rudely as I was there is no amount of money in the world that would make it worth doing business with your company,

The car buying experience I just had at Flow was this single best, easiest and quickest that I have ever had! I was able to get into a brand new Jetta lease in just a few hours. Oliver was my salesperson - he was friendly, helpful and calm. Financing was a breeze - took just a few minutes really. The dealership is incredible clean and organized. Matthew Worthington and Carlos are super easy to work
Matthew Worthington and Carlos are super easy to work with. I have bought many cars from Flow and always left happy. Matt’s product knowledge is excellent, he hustles to get you in and out , and his communication skills are awesome . Carlos the sales manager always makes sure he gets the most for your trade and I’ve always been treated fairly. The service advisors are awesome as well. Overall just a great dealership to buy from.
