Moses Nissan has the best service team. They take your car at the time you are scheduled and they keep you apprised every step of the service. My service advisor was very helpful.

A+ service.

A+ service. I brought in my 2014 Nissan for several recalls. My passenger side airbag light had been staying on a long time. Was given quotes for diagnosing the problem from different shops. I needed to address all of the pending recalls and was preparing to have to have the light issue addressed afterwards. But the recall reprogramming was performed and it surprisingly fixed the light issue. I am thankful to the staff at Nissan who were all friendly and eager to assist in every need during my wait. It only took about an hour.

Our sales person Darius Adkins was amazing. Probably the best sales person I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable about the 2024 Nissan Rogue I purchased. I will be doing business with him again.

Kim the service advisor was friendly, helpful and kept in touch as needed. The electrical problem with my 2013 Nissan Rogue was detected and corrected. Courtesy van transportation was excellent. I have been using Moses Nissan service since they have been in business in St. Albans, WV and I rate them as excellent in all aspects from customer satisfaction to car repairs.
