I had what I thgt were issues with my Sentra so I had it towed to the dealership. Spoke with Kim regarding my concerns & she kept me informed with the findings. It was inspected,driven & thankfully it was found to be working fine. I really appreciate her time, effort & concern for my safety when it came to the care of my car (also the mechanic(s) who worked on it). You don't see many women in the service department. She is a real asset!

Darius Adkins is the most patient person! He helped us go back and forth over two vehicles this past Saturday afternoon. He answered all of our questions and helped alleviate any worries we had during our visit. We walked away with a very nice vehicle with no hassle. Thank you Darius!!

My experience with Moses Nissan has been extremely wonderful. The staff in the Service area is amazing. They care about you and your dilemma when your car needs repair. They are joyful when you bring your new vehicle in to be serviced. Their ever present smiles are truly uplifting. Kimberlee is my absolute comfort person. My husband passed suddenly after buying me a new car and we still had our Maxima in for service. She helped me as I struggled through my circumstance and always has a smile when I go in for service. I had an appt for an oil change and tire rotation, they got me straight in and out in no time at all. I have no complaints at all.

Megan Brown greeted me and talked to me for about an hour just because she saw me browsing around the lot. We talked, not about cars, just about me and about life in general. As a therapist, I listen to people all day. To have someone interested in me and learn about what I do and not even try to sell me a car, she sold me on herself and on the dealership. She was kind and personable, and she treated me like a friend instead of a customer. I already wanted the car. She didn’t try to push, she just attended to our needs and was a pleasure to work with. She and the team helped us get the best rate and worked diligently even when we weren’t there to make sure we had the best possible rate and payment.
