I just purchased my third car from Moses in St.

I just purchased my third car from Moses in St. Albans & David Hamm & Daniel Jividen are wonderful to deal with. Daniel was off the day I made my most recent purchase, so he put me in the hands of Elijah Casto & he also was a tremendous help and make the buying process much easier. Cassie did the financing and did a great job, as well. I will continue to shop at Moses in St. Albans.

The sales and service departments have been the only

The sales and service departments have been the only saving grace for this dealership. They have worked overtime to correct the gross negligence that the finance department has inflicted on the entire process. The finance manager screwed up my address upon submitting my financial information to Nissan that has probably compromised my personal information. I have spent no less than 4 hours of my personal time trying to get the blunder straightened out. After notifying the finance manager of the issue he gave me a number to call at Nissan corporate and washed his hands of the entire mess. After assuring me all information was fixed in mosses’s system I waited until my temporary tags expired only to find out that the information he sent into the WV DMV was incorrect and more personal information went to a complete strangers house along with my plates and registration card. To date the sales department is working to fix this issue. Again I am having to check back with the dealership in 30 days to make sure my registration card will be sent to my address and not the wrong one. My recommendation is to finance through another party if you are financing your vehicle!! Complete incompetence!!
