We came in late on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted

We came in late on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted promptly by Elijah. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with our test drive and working a deal for us. We appreciate him and Lee the business manager staying after closing time to get us in our new Kicks.

I went in for a recall fix.

I went in for a recall fix. The staff was friendly and the service was explained thoroughly. My only issue was that I was told it would take an hour and it took 3. Not a big deal though.

Went for the 2nd recall on my driverside airbag.

Went for the 2nd recall on my driverside airbag. Asked them to also check the passengerside airbag whose warning light came on at times. They offered a plethora of excuses why this was but refused to check it. Said the warranty had expired and I was being difficult for asking. Hope this doesn't cost a family member their life because Moses Nissan was to lazy to check a suspect safety feature on the vehicle they sold me that had already been recalled twice for airbag problems. Does this not define the term, "criminally negligent?" Ask yourself if your loved one's safety is worth buying from Moses Nissan before your next vehicle purchase.

I highly recommend Moses of xx. Albans. My salesman, Codie Adkins was amazing! His knowledge about the inventory and ability to listen to his customer was greatly appreciated. Business manager, Lee Smell was courteous and answered my questions honestly. A wonderful car purchasing experience because of the professionalism displayed by Codie and Lee!

A perfect experience for my first time buying a car!

A perfect experience for my first time buying a car! Everyone was so helpful, especially Chris and Aric who helped to find the perfect car and the best price. They were very thorough in walking me through all aspects of the cars we looked at and made sure to find the features I wanted. I love my new car and highly recommend them!
