I had a terrible experience on 02/23.

I had a terrible experience on 02/23. I will point out my experience was not bad because of the salesman (William McCormick). I was told I wouldn’t even be able to get financed with Chevy so we went over to Nissan to try. I got approved, however the payment was way more than I was paying but for a cheaper car. They couldn’t get my payment down where it needed to be. I also had to haggle up on my trade in value. I left and went to Joe Holland. Within 10 minutes of being there they offered me $2k more for my trade than Moses and had me a deal with GM Financial for under $500 a month like I wanted, to include an extended warranty and GAP. It seems like Moses must have a bad relationship with the banks or this would not have happened. I never spoke with the sales manager so I can’t speak about him, but the finance person or whoever he was trying to work the deal- was cold, rude and kind of aggressive. No compassion for my situation and didn’t care at all to lose the deal.

I had a great experience with the new service department.

I had a great experience with the new service department. You go there and Kimberly takes your keys, and I went and spent time in the nice updated lobby. When my truck was done ,Kimberly notified me,and even brought the service technician to explain the repairs. Everyone there was extraordinary nice. I feel very fair. They do great work. You can look at new and used cars. The sales people are great, not pushing you into a new one. My truck has about 330 thousand miles on it. Yes it's a Nissan.
