Very friendly staff, they went above and beyond to get me

We have been very pleased with the service/customer

We have been very pleased with the service/customer service we have received from Moses Nissan! And the fact that they will shuttle you to your home and back is always appreciated. The staff that we dealt with were all very nice and helpful.

Things have sure changed at the Nissan service department

Things have sure changed at the Nissan service department and not for the better. I guess that’s what happens when your warranty is ready to expire. Only good thing is their transportation. Brad is great wish the rest of staff had his core values . The lady at check out is really nice too. The old service writers were so nice and helpful in recent years, but the new ones are not very friendly or helpful. Also WHY do a diagnostic test and charge coustomer when you plainly told them what was going on and that no lights came on so you know it is not going to register. And also never have I paid a diagnostic fee in all my previous visits until now oh yeah they know my warranty almost out so they won’t find problems and if they charge you you won’t come back since warranty almost expired. Well guaranteed not going to buy a Nissan again especially where Moses service only one close. Moses overall really good especially Toyota, Cadillac. This car has a long service history with three dealerships and being towed twice , but they used to be so nice and helpful and tried to fix problems but so obvious that when they know they aren’t going to have to cover much longer they Ironically can’t find the problem and for the first time ever they put me off 10 days prior to giving me an appointment when having these issues I’m sure they were hoping my warranty would lapse and when it hadn’t they couldn’t find the issues or re create them. Well guess what it already made the noise again in reverse. Sensor apparently has a short and thinks something is behind car. Again why treat customers so differently when warranty about to expire why not just fix the problems and keep the customer loyal to your dealership . Why change your policy. For the record pulled all old service reports wow so so many and guess what NONE of them had a diagnosis/ diagnostic fee 😳 but the one today has one 🤔

Darius was excellent to work with,he was very helpful

Darius was excellent to work with,he was very helpful and knew all about the vehicles. He was extremely nice young man. The dealership was very clean and we enjoyed our time there. A+ to the whole staff.
