EXTREMLY BAD EXSPERIENCE !!! i traded in my car almost 3 weeks and still auto direct has me riding around on illegal tags. they didnt tell me or advise me to get 60 day tags. They were susppose to do my paperwork. My wife got stopped by the police and set on side of the road for an hour. It was over 100 degrees last week. All because my tags still goes to my other car. They didnt care just said they get stopped all the time. i still dont have the correct registration yet and still could get stopped anytime. i am paying 36,000 dollors for a car that the tires cant be removed or rotated because Jeremy in the service department put the lugs on so tight that if you try to remove them they break but want fix it. Leroy the salesman is all about telling you anything to get that money, after that you find out all the lies and then he blames everything on the other guy. Read all the fine print and take a witness. Thats fine cause i am writing a letter to Paul Tine [NC DMV COMMISSIONER}

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Direct auto. Leroy is the best! Everyone there is great and makes the car by experience a pleasant one.

I would like to say thank you to the team at Direct Auto. They are very persistent about getting clients in a vehicle. Wesley Thomas is by far a jam up salesman. My car buying experience with this place was fantastic. After being told by other car companies I needed a big down payment, this place got me approve with 0 down, I couldn't believe it. Wesley Thomas was my salesman and he was a pleasure to work with. He got me what I needed. I would definitely refer people here and become a returning customer myself in the near future.

Beware of this dealership they like to sell lemons. Purchased a car with a huge mold problem my 9 month old is sick from mold growing in the trunk of the vehicle Leroy sold us. They knew this vehicle had issues red flag 1 all the air freshners the put in the car to cover up the smell of mildew, 2nd there was signs of mold on the seat belts in side the vehicle, Leroy assured us oh its fine it probably was a minor over look by the detail shop we'll clean it up.. 3 months later the car revealed it's ugly secret you think Mr. Leroy or his boss care.. NOOOO! DON'T DONT DONT BUY FROM HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

My experience at AutoDirect was great. Wesley was a great salesman and had no issues with the process of buying my 2020 Chevy 1500 Z92. One of the better purchases I’ve made. They get the deal done.
